Peter sat exhausted in the taxi, drained either from the conversation with Diana and Nubia, the activities of the previous night, the chaotic memories in his mind, or all the nonsense about transitioning to another world for a fresh start.

For him, it had been a day full of problems requiring his undivided attention to avoid any mistakes. The last thing he needed was to find himself face-to-face with a paranoid man wearing a bat suit.

The conversation with Diana and Nubia wasn't over yet, and he was sure they would later ask him about the mysterious woman, considering he had fled mid-conversation and ended up borrowing Nubia's clothes.

The bright side? That woman wore masculine outfits. As for Karen, she had disappeared, and he had no idea where she went. Peter even had to borrow some money from Diana's wallet to take a taxi to the address of his supposed home.

Speaking of that, all he could recall was the address-not the actual house. It seemed like his memories were foggy. Perhaps he needed some time to integrate the recollections of an entire life into himself.

When the taxi stopped, Peter handed some money to the driver and stepped out. But as he turned, all he saw were green meadows in front of him, making him frown.

"Did the taxi driver trick me while I wasn't paying attention?" he muttered, turning to check on the driver, only to find that he had already left. But Peter froze in place, his eyes fixed on something gigantic.

A massive gate.

Yes, an enormous gate with the letter "P" in the center. Beyond it lay something that nearly gave him a stroke:

A mansion.

A massive, damn mansion. Peter Parker had never dreamed of seeing such a sight.

"No way... Did I mess up the address? No, no, I'm sure I gave the driver the correct one. Could he have messed it up?"

He tried to shake off the shock and approached the gate slowly, staring at it with wide, astonished eyes.

"Hey there, handsome, is that you?"

Peter jumped at the sound of a voice. He looked to his right but found no one, so he moved closer and spotted a small device mounted on the wall near the gate. "Wait a minute... Karen? Is that you?"

"Hello, handsome. I guess you've finally found your home. Welcome to Parker Mansion."

The gigantic gate opened, leaving Peter with his mouth agape. "Hell no. Don't tell me I'm filthy rich in this world."

"You are, handsome. Now just come inside. I'll explain everything later. The web shooter containing my central AI is in your private lab."

Peter nodded slowly and stepped inside, still in disbelief. The gate closed behind him.

He walked down the long path to the mansion, his mind muddled. When he finally reached the door, it opened automatically.

Upon entering, Peter didn't even have time to admire the beauty of the mansion because he found something even more stunning.

A woman who looked like she'd stepped out of a Hollywood film stood before him. She wore a sleek, elegant secretary's suit that perfectly complemented her striking features. The white shirt beneath her tailored black blazer was slightly unbuttoned, revealing a hint of her ample cleavage.

Her shiny red hair was professionally styled, with a few loose strands falling against her face in an alluring way. Her makeup was subtle but flawless, with bold red lipstick and eye shadow that harmonized with her skin tone. She carried a small leather handbag.
