"what about this shorty, you know this one?" a toothy grin overtook the entirety of yasmin's face as she watched allen place one of the many records belonging to his collection into the record player sitting on his king sized bed positioned between them.
when the sound of fabulous's version of her godsister's song 'so into you' filled her ears yasmin let out a playful scoff, "are you serious allen, of course i know this song that's my godsister singing the hook." allen chuckled lowly before he replied.
"my bad yas', you're so down to earth i forget who you're related to." yasmin's beam shifted into a soft smile when allen told her this, one of the main things she liked about the basketball player was his view of her as in the past she wasn't able to be her true self around her flings as she was afraid to be vulnerable around men who she believed wanted her for nothing more than her body; with allen she knew despite his physical attraction towards her he admired her as a person instead of the sex symbol she publicly presented herself to be.
"i'm glad you do, you make me feel seen." she relayed, reaching over the speaker to rest her comparatively smaller hand on top of his.
slipping his fingers in between hers allen clutched her hand in his, "that's what i aim to do." yearning to be closer to him yasmin pushed the barrier in the middle of them to the side to crawl into his lap.
once she'd made herself comfortable in his arms and tied her legs around his waist allen snaked his muscular arms around her waist, holding her tight as he peered into her dark eyes.
"can you sing for me baby, please?" yasmin's smile broadened in response to his request, "i don't want to allen i get shy whenever i sing in front of you." his own smile spread when she leaned back in his hold.
resting his palm in the center of her back he pushed her upwards forcing her to face back before his, "come on yas' you know you don't have to be shy around me." still anxious but not wanting to disappoint she obliged.
"fine, what do you want me to sing?" he shrugged at her question, "something that describes our relationship." her tan cheeks reddened, there was a set of lyrics in particular she'd written back when tamara had played her the melody to her trademark song that summed up their connection perfectly.
a shaky breath left her lips before she began singing, "i can't explain it i'm into you, and every little thing you do; never felt a way about no dude believe it when i say i'm feeling you." his eyes were fixed on her face as she harmonized; her voice truly was the most angelic he'd ever heard.
"it's so hard to find someone whose true and kind, kind in every way like to my body, soul and mind." he trapped his bottom lip between his teeth as she sung, engrossed by the way her plump lips moved.
"is it true that i'm all you need, is it true that you are the one for me, is it true when you walk with her that i am all your memory, is it true you be missing me, the way you be kissing me; i turn your world around and upside down you got me now." he suddenly slid his warm hands under her shirt, caressing her naked back as he admired her in her natural state as she'd worn no makeup that day.
"i really like what you've done to me, i have no clue what it is you do but all i know is i be lovin' you; i really like what you've done to me, i have no clue what it is you do but all i know is i be lovin' you-" just as she finished the first half of the song she was abruptly cut off when allen pressed his lips against hers, finding it impossible to keep his mouth off of her.
yasmin immediately melted into the kiss, slipping her delicate fingers into his fro as he slid his tongue into her mouth.
overtaken by his desire for her allen lowered yasmin to his comforter covered mattress, lying on top of her as he rubbed little circles into her tender skin.
her raven black locks lied sprawled over the bed as they lost themselves in each other's arms, her short legs rubbing his flesh through his white muscle shirt.
with the intensity of their kiss it was matter of time before the pair were forced to pull apart for air, their immeshed breaths mixing with the snug air clouding his bedroom as they stared at each other.
"your voice is just as beautiful as you baby, don't be shy to do anything around me yas' i'll always love everything you do." a euphoric feeling seeped through her as she internalized allen's words.
"i'll never forget that." she whispered as she ran her thumb across his cheek, "good cause' i'll always mean it." with that he lowered his lips back onto her own; reigniting their feverish exchange.
