"Ayla you got my brother so sprung oh my god!," Skylar squealed next to me. I look at her next to me in the pedicure chair next to me and I giggle to myself as she looks at me.
"Skylar....I cannot believe all that your brother has done for me so far today. He bought me a freaking car like oh my god. Paid off my student loans.....should I get pregnant tonight?," I said as my eyes widen. Skylar gasps and then pinches my arm playfully. I laugh before covering my mouth.
"Ayla! Oh my god," Skylar mumbled.
"I'm just joking, but I know my birth control be fighting hard as hell against Kai," I said while giggling.
"You're sick Ayla...well....what do you see in the future for you and Kai? Can you see yourself marrying him one day? Or having kids with him?," Skylar asked. I smile softly as I run my hands across my thighs.
"Honestly.....I do. I know our relationship is still new, but Skylar he makes me so happy. So happy. He is so good to me. He spoils me and treats me like a queen. He is loving, he is honest, he's funny, he's smart, he's driven. He is...everything I could want in a man and so much more. He would make such an amazing husband and father," I said as tears filled my eyes.
"Oh Ayla," Skylar said while pouting. I laugh a bit as I wipe the few tears that ran down my cheeks.
"I never thought I would meet anyone like him. Or deserve someone like him. I love him so much Skylar," I said.
"I know you do Ayla....and he loves you just as much. I mean...I have never seen Kai this invested with anyone. He is doing things for you he has never done for anyone else and I mean that. He is so sweet, generous, careful and delicate with you. He never wants to mess up when it comes to you. I know that he wants to keep you in his life forever to be honest. And he will do whatever it takes to make that happen," Skylar said.
"I know.....he puts in effort for me every single moment we are together and I love that and I appreciate that so much. He's done things for me I know I can never ever pay back, but I appreciate every thing. I mean that."
"I know you do. If anyone in this world deserves the world, it's you Ayla. You are so beautiful inside and out. Kai treats you like the prize you are."
"You're so sweet thank you."
"You're welcome.....it was really nice for Kai to treat us to manicures, pedicures, and massages."
"I know my baby is so sweet. He really is."
"So....any clue on where Kai is taking you for your trip?," Skylar said while lifting her left eyebrow.
"No I have no idea! He will not give me any clues. Skylar....did he tell you anything?!," I exclaimed. Skylar laughs as she shakes her head.
"No and trust me I have asked! You're just going to have to be surprised," Skylar said while winking.
"Yeah," I said while smiling.
"...I'm really happy for you though Ayla. I really am. I know with men you have not always had it easy. But with Kai it seems you have found the one made just for you. And that brings me so much joy to be honest," Skylar said sweetly.
"You're so sweet Skylar thank you," I said while smiling. My phone in my lap vibrates and I smile when I see a text from Kai.
