Episode - 3 // forgive and forget, lets just be friends - Season 1

[In the science lab]..

"Alright, class. For today, we will need to do another group activity, just so you won't mess up with the chemicals like last time. Go choose your science buddy and will start working on what you'll need for these experiments.." the teacher explained casually.

"Ok, so another activity? Great.. just what I need.." melic facepalms

Helios was just heating up his tea with his flaming hand while sipping, melic looks at daisy already picking one of their classmates as her new partner and rebel having his own partner as well, melic roll my eyes and just sat beside Helios, crossing his arms at him.

"Let me guess.. no one?.." melic raises an eyebrow skeptically but also having a hint of sarcasm. "Yeah.." Helios said in a quite bored tone.
Melic stares back at the teacher then back at him. "Fine, I'll be your science buddy, but only because you have no one." Melic confirmed.

"Yay.." Helios cheered silently, not that happy though since he was more distracted on playing with the flames in his hands.

Melic shrugs it off and returns to listening to the teacher.

[a few minutes later..]

They started preparing for the science experiment, knowing it'll be hard since Helios doesn't like following anyone's orders but only his.

"Alright.. so the teacher said we needed to take the chemicals first and then—" melic pauses and watches as Helios was already pouring some of the chemicals into the Erlenmeyer flask, my jaw dropped and I started staring at him in disbelief. "I haven't even said what chemicals yet-"

"Hush, I know what I'm doing.." Helios muttered under his breath and suddenly, the experiment explodes. They both sat there in shock, their jaws dropped and their faces pale as the fire drill began. Everyone started laughing and making fun of them since they were the first ones who messed up, and the first ones who got an 'F-' in their grade.

Melic stormed out of the science lab, having a grumpy look across his face. "GREAT. JUST GREAT." He groans and facepalms again. "You just had to NOT get along.. like always.." he glares.

"I listened to you once when we were fighting Dr Robotnik. Wasn't that enough?.." Helios brushes off the cinders on his clothes and fur.
"This is our grade, you idiot!! And you just had to mess it up.." melic complained at him, not caring about his actions.

Helios scoffs and walks out, not caring about melic complaining and arguing about the science experiment that had lead to a fail.

The science teacher sees melic alone, and he walkes over to him. "Hello, melic.. I saw that you both were the only ones who had failed, so I'll be giving you a second opportunity tomorrow, if you two fail again, you two will be marked as a complete 'F-' in your grade. Do you understand?.." the teacher raises a brow.

Melic nods and sighs "yes, sir.. I promise I'll try to convince him to help tomorrow.."

[~At recess~]

Daisy and melic sat beside each other on the same table while rebel walks by and smiles at them while holding his tray. "Mind sitting with you two lovebirds?~" he teased. Melic rolls his eyes at him "first of all, just because she likes me and kissed me on the cheek last time doesn't mean I'm dating her. And second, yeah, you could sit if you stopped teasing us."
