Chapter 13

Victoria's POV

Kian and I laid on his bed. I heard him sniffing a lot. "Are you crying?" I asked sitting up looking at him."I love you so much." he said crying. I hugged him tightly. I started to cry too. "I love you too Kian." I said. Out of no where he shot up from the bed. "I'm gonna go beat his ass." his eyes were filled with rage. "No Kian please I don't wanna see him ever again!" I said standing up grabbing his arm. "Then stay here I'll be back." he moved his arm from my hand. He got in his car. "Kian please don't!" I yelled. He rolled down his window. "Go inside I'll be back." Then he drove off. I locked the door and just walked about his house. It was HUGE. I went to the circle room and sat there on my phone. I saw Jc posted something on Twitter. When I saw the picture my heart dropped. "No no no... no!" I started to cry. I called him right away. "JC DONT PLEASE!!" he was crying on the other end. "I have to! I ruin everything! No wonder mom and dad left us." he said. "No please Jc please...!!!!" I couldn't stop crying. "Jc I need you. Your my big brother don't do it." He sighed. "You have Kian... right?" then he hung up. I ran to Kian's room and searched for his penny board. I found it under his bed and ran out his house. I penny boarded as fast as I could to my house. I finally got there and knocked on the door about 20 times. "Please Jc." I whispered through my tears. I was so happy to see my good friend Chelsea open the door. "Chelsea!" I hugged her and cried. "Don't worry he's okay." she said hugging me back. "How come your here?" I asked. "I saw his tweet... I couldn't resist but to come and try to stop him." she said to me. "Thank you.. so much." she smiled "He's in his room." I smiled and ran upstairs. I slowly opened his door. "Jc?" I asked lightly. "oh hey..." he said. I sat down on his bed next to him. "Why would you even think of that?" I asked him. "Because... I'm nothing here." he sighed. "Yes you are!" I said. "Listen I won't take pills okay? but I think you should stay with Kian until I feel better." he sighed. "I don't wanna leave you alone." I said with me head down. "Don't worry I think Ricardo's gonna stay with me..." I stood up and looked at him with shock, fear , and anger. "What?!" I yelled. "He's my only friend." he looked at me confused. "Jc! your "only friend" RAPED ME! Do you not care?!" I was so angry. "I DONT CARE YOU PROBABLY LIKED IT!!" that's when I couldn't take it. I starting slapping and punching Jc. "HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT!!!!" I was about to kick his private area but Chelsea barged in and took me off of him. "Chelsea you should go home. I'm going home too." Chelsea looked confused. "Isn't this your home?" I walked out Jc's room. "NOT ANYMORE THATS FOR SURE!!!" I left and went back to Kian's which if he lets me will also be my place. I got to to his house and sat on his couch. I'm worried Ricardo is beating him up or worse. I called Kian. No reply. I called him again. No reply. I called him so many times and I got nothing. I got so frustrated and worried. After an hour of texting and calling him I got a call from him.

Kian: what's up?!

Me: What do you mean what's up?! I'm worried about you are you okay?!

Kian: Yeah.... but ummmm I'm in jail.

Me: What?! Kian wth! I don't have money to bail you out!

Kian: I know I know.. don't worry I'm only here for 6 hours then I can go home.

Me: omg why are you there anyways?!

Kian: I sent Ricardo to the hospital.

Me: **sighs**

**kian talks to officer**

Kian: bad news... I'll be here for a month.

Me: KIAN WHAT??? No please I'm not gonna feel safe without you!

Kian: Stay with Jc.

Me: I'm never talking to him again... he's letting Ricardo stay with him after all that happened.

Kian: Wtf?! Are you serious????

Me: Yeah... but now I don't feel safe at all... I have no one to protect me! I told you not to fight him!!

Kian: **sniffs** I-**voice cracks** I'm so sorry okay? Come visit me after school and stuff.

Me: I'm not leaving your house. I don't feel safe.

Kian: No. Don't start missing school because of me.

Me: KIAN... I ...DONT .. TRUST ANYONE BUT YOU! And your in jail.for a month.

Kian: I love you so much I got to go I'll try to call you tomorrow. Please go to school you'll be okay.

Me: ..... love you too.

I can't believe this. My life went from having a great big brother and an amazing boyfriend that would do anything for me, to my brother living with my rapist and my boyfriend in jail for a month.
