Peyton's POV

I NEED to talk to Sabrina. I wanna tell her how I feel. I mean I like her, but I LOVE Rowan. She's sweet, pretty, a great listener, and she's just...GAH! She's so perfect.

Sabrina's POV

I NEED to talk to Peyton. I REALLY like him, but Bradley is just SO great! I'll tell him today.

Text Message:
Me: Hey Pey. Could you meet me at the park at 2? It's really important. 😊
Pey😘😝: Yeah sure. Can't wait to see you!

Yeah, he can't wait. Hope he isn't crushed and we can still be friends...

Peyton's POV

I got a text from Sabrina at 1:45 and I was hoping for something...surprising.

Text Message:
Sabby Cat😎: Hey Pey. Could you meet meat the park at 2? It's really important. 😊
Me: Yeah sure. Can't wait to see you!

Good! I needed to talk to her too. I just hope it's what I'm expecting.

When I got to the park, I saw Sabrina so I walked over to her and her back was turned to me. So I went over there and poked her sides. She started giggling but then that stopped.

"Peyton, when I texted you, I wanted to talk to you about...about...us."

"Ok," I said, "Ummm...I need to talk to you too."

"We need to break up," We said at the same time. "Oh! You think we should too!?" Sabrina said. "I kinda have feelings for another girl..." I said.

"I kinda have feelings for another guy. " She said.
"Ok, so. Glad that worked out?"
"Yeah," She said, "Could we still be friends?" "I would love that!" I said.

At 8:00, I wanted to show Rowan what I had planned for her. So I went to her house and rang the doorbell. I waited for a while. Then this beautiful brunette answered the door.

"Hey," I said. She blushed and said,"Hi."

"Come with me." I grabbed her wrist and started pulling her to the park.

"WAIT...where are we going?" She said in between laughs.
"I need to show you something."

When we got there, we were out of breath. "Ok! Ok! What did you want to show-" She said but stopped because she saw how beautiful the night sky was and the picnic I had layed out for us.

"Rowan, I wanted to talk to you," I said, "but first, sit."

"Ok," she says,"but, Peyton, I need to ask you a question. What is this?"

"This is how I feel about you." I got down on one knee and pulled out a little box. "Rowan, I love you. And you see the stars up there? The number of those don't even measure up to how much I love you." I opened the box and sat there was a blue-rasberry Ring Pop. "Would you make me the happiest guy in the world and be my Rowan Blanchard?"

"Peyton, I like you, I REALLY like you. But you have Sabrina, and I have Bradley. I-I'm sorry."

"I broke up with Sabrina today. She felt the same way I did," I said, "I broke up with her because I like you, Rowan."

Rowan's face turned bright red. "Peyton! You don't understand. I still have Bradley, wait...never mind. You do understand. You had Sabrina and you loved someone else." She looked up at me and hugged me. I hugged back.

We sat and ate for a while and looked at the stars. "Peyton, why do you love me?" Rowan asked.

"Why do I love you?" I laughed at that question. "What's so funny?" She asked. "What's funny is that the real question should be, why shouldn't I love you?"

She scooted closer to me and put her head on my shoulder. I pulled her chin up and looked into her beautiful chocolate brown eyes. "I love you. No one can change that." I said. "I love you too Peyton."
