"Ja na Jake ek hello to bol de "

With deliberate yet hesitant steps, Aarohi slowly made her way towards Yatharth, who was completely immersed in his books, seemingly oblivious to her impending proximity.

As she drew closer to Yatharth, she could see his furrowed brow and intense concentration as he studied his notes. It was as if time had slowed down, each step seeming torturously slow as she tried to get his attention without interrupting his focus.

"Aarohi beta dhyan se waha pocha laga hai dhyan se "Aarohi's mother's voice echoed through the room, but the words reached her ears too late. In a misstep, she had already placed her foot right into the slippery oil, losing her balance.

With a sudden loss of traction, Aarohi's foot slid across the slippery surface, sending her body toppling backwards. She flailed her arms frantically, desperately attempting to regain her balance, but it was too late.

"Aaaagggggghhhhhh" she shouted at the top of her lungs.

Yatharth looked up just in time to see Aarohi slip and land on his lap. He was taken aback, his mouth hanging open in surprise. The impact of her fall caused her leg to collide with the corner of the table, and a trickle of blood started flowing from the wound.

As Aarohi fell onto his lap, Yatharth was in shik shak shock. However, his reflexes kicked in, and he instinctively placed one arm around her waist to support her and keep her from sliding off his lap.

As she stared up at Yatharth's face, Aarohi was mesmerized by his attractive features. In that moment, she seemed to forget about the pain in her leg bleeding, too captivated by his good looks.

Her intense stare continued, her gaze locked onto his face as she became increasingly captivated by his physical appearance. The pain from her bleeding leg seemed to fade into the background as her focus turned solely to him.

Arshia's voice broke through the moment, pulling Aarohi back to reality as she exclaimed, "Aarohi, your foot is bleeding! What were you thinking?"

Aarohi finally noticed the pain in her leg and looked down, realizing that her foot was indeed bleeding. The reality of the situation hit her, and she began to feel the full extent of the injury.

Yatharth's eyes widened in alarm as he noticed the extent of her bleeding leg and heard her crying loudly. It was obvious that she was in a great deal of pain, and her face was buried in his shirt, attempting to hide her tears. He felt a mixture of concern and helplessness wash over him as he tried to figure out how to help her.

Yatharth gently placed Aarohi on the sofa and knelt down to assess her bleeding leg. With a mixture of gentleness and urgency, he carefully examined the injury, taking in the depth and extent of the wound.

Hearing the commotion, Aarohi's mother, Arshia, and her brother hurried over to see Her.

Her mother:- bola tha yaha tel gira hua hai par sunti kaha ho tum bs apni marzi chalani hoti hai . Apne maa baap ko itna pareshan karti ho bhagwan saza de raha hai . Ye din bhar mobile chalane ka natija hai aur chalao mobile din bhar..

Aarohi's mother, upon seeing her injured leg and the aftermath of the accident, immediately launched into a scolding session. Her words were filled with frustration and concern as she reprimanded her daughter for her carelessness.

" Ab..iss mein mobile...kaha....se aa ...gaya?" She asked while crying.

Tarun carefully picked up Aarohi in his arms and carried her towards his room, followed closely by her mother, Arshia, and Yatharth. They all went into the room, and Tarun gently placed her on the bed.

Her mother rushed to get the first aid kit and quickly began tending to the wound. She carefully applied ointment to the injury, but not before thoroughly cleaning the area first.

Aarohi let out a wince of pain, her hand tensing involuntarily. Sensing her discomfort, Tarun grasped her hand firmly, providing reassurance and comfort through his touch.

Aarohi caught a glimpse of Tarun's concerned face, and for a brief moment, she felt a flutter of warmth in her heart. However, her logical mind quickly took over, reminding her that he was probably just putting on a show for Arshia and Yatharth.

Meanwhile, Arshia and Yatharth bid them farewell and left the room soonly.
..............

Dinner time..

Tarun quietly entered the room carrying a tray of food, his mother just behind him. He approached the bed where Aarohi was sleeping, carefully setting the tray down on a nearby table. His mother followed closely behind, her eyes filled with concern and love for the sleeping girl.

As Aarohi's mother diligently spoon-fed her, Tarun continued working on his homework nearby. He periodically glanced up to check on them and noticed that she had managed to finish eating all the food.

Finishing up his homework, Tarun glanced up once more to see her empty plate, satisfied that she had properly eaten.

" Aaj tu giri thi to dharti hi hil gyi thi " he joked and laughed himself.

Tarun observed that she was still avoiding eye contact and ignoring him whenever he tried to start a conversation. It was as if he had become invisible to her. Frustrated by her behavior, he exhaled loudly.

Every time he attempted to engage her in conversation and ask why she was giving him the cold shoulder, she would deliberately ignore him, leaving him feeling ignored and frustrated.

He cared for her deeply, and the act of checking on her had become a nightly ritual. He found himself reminiscing about the times when Aarohi would come and disturb him in his room while he was studying. Despite his initial annoyance, he secretly cherished those moments when she would pester him during his studies.

"Kha liya khana ab ja apne kamre mein so ja vapas se dard Kam ho jaega" her mother said .

"Mummy Aaj Aarohi mere saath soegi use meri bahaut yaad aarhi thi so ... Maine bhi mana nhi Kiya" Tarun spoke up instantly.

" Thik h fir mai Jaa rhi hu" and her mother left the room and not even listened to what aarohi was trying to say.

Aarohi was taken aback by Tarun's decision to switch off the lights and climb into bed, as it was unusual behavior for him. He was known for studying well into the early hours of the morning, so his sudden decision to go to bed early left her questioning his actions.

She wanted to ask him why he was breaking his usual study routine and choosing to sleep instead,

Both Tarun and Aarohi lay silently in the bed, each struggling to sleep for different reasons. Tarun, conditioned to staying up late, found it challenging to find rest, while Aarohi, having already slept a lot, was unable to slip into the realms of sleep either.

Frustrated by her attempts to find a comfortable position and fall asleep, she tossed and turned, trying different sides of the bed. Her restlessness prompted Tarun to speak up.

"Want to watch a movie?" he asked, offering an alternative to the silent struggle of trying to sleep.
