Chapter 6

Tabby's p.o.v

So after we get back home from the store I start to make dinner but it's a little harder with a broke hand so I have Tara help me cause I needed help. I usually don't let no one help me cook cause they will mess it up but I just had Tara cut up some I needed cut up or opened up. I finished dinner and we eat while watching tv and my phone buzzed. I look at it and it's a text from Niall "hey how you feeling" "just ate but in pain but other than that I'm good" "well that's good well expect being in pain part" "yeah but I'm about to take some pain medication for it" "well yeah that might help" "yeah hopefully it will" "who are you texting?" "Just a friend" "let me guess Niall?" "No" "if you say so" she knows me to well so I just go to watching Criminal Minds. Around 11 o'clock I start to get sleepy so I go into my bedroom and turn on a movie. I fall asleep about halfway through the movie. I wake up when my alarm goes off for school so get up and get ready for graduation "hey Tara" "yeah" "will u come do my hair and make-up" "yeah let me finish getting ready and I'll do mine and then I'll do yours" "okay let me know when you are ready for me?" "Ok" about 20 minutes later Tara started doing my hair and then my make-up. We are ready about 30 minutes later cause it took 20 minutes for hair & make-up and then 10 minutes to gather everything else so we go out to my pick-up truck I get in the driver side "do you think you should be driving?" "Yeah I'll be fine I'll meet you there" "ok" so she goes and gets in her car and drives off maybe I shouldn't drive cause I am in a lot of pain so I call Niall hoping he would be awake he answers finally "hello" "hey Niall" "oh hey Tabby sorry I didn't look at the caller id" "that's fine" "ok so why are calling me at 8 o'clock in the morning" "yeah about that I was wondering if you could come and get me and run me to school for graduation cause Tara already left and I was going to drive but my hand really hurts but I can if you can't take me" "oh no you don't need to drive if you are in pain I'll be there in 5 minutes I'll have Liam drop me off but I don't know where you live" "I'll text it to you" "ok" "well I'll see you when you get here then" "ok bye Tabby" " bye Niall" I texted him the address and Liam pulled up and let Niall out "I'll be back soon" "ok mate see Ya" then Liam drives off "wow you look beautiful" "thanks" "your welcome and ready to go" "yeah" so I go around to the other side of the truck and Niall helps me get in and goes around and gets in. I hand him the keys and we took off "you are going to have to show me where it is" "i know I will so I'll let you know where to go" "ok" "hey Niall" "yeah Tabby" "why are you wearing a hoodie" "so I can watch the graduation and not be recognize" "oh okay" when we get there I find Tara along with some of your other friends and pull her aside before any of them seen my cast. "Niall is here and he wanting to watch the graduation but I need you to help get him seated without anyone recognizing him" "ok" so head inside with Niall beside me covering my cast for me. We get him seated at the very back and then go get our graduation caps and gowns and I see Derrick and he has a black eye and some bruises on his face. He sees me and looks kinda scared to come near me. Mikala another one of my best friends sees me and walks over to me and says "you look beautiful" "thanks so do you" "thanks and have you seen Derrick?" "Yeah what about him?" "He has a black eye and some bruises on his face like someone beat him up and I wonder how bad he got the person who did it" "yeah" my sleeve to my gown side down a little and Mikala seen my cast and said "omg What happen" "well you wanna know who did that to Derrick well it was me" "seriously" "yeah i ran into him at McDonald's he was hitting on me and I told him to stop but he wouldn't and he tried to grab me and I went off on him plus he deserve it he never should've cheated on me in the first place" "remind me to never to make you mad" I started laughing and said "okay and after Tara pulled me off and we left and I had to go to the hospital and I broke my hand" "oh wow but your fine" "yep he didn't even leave a scratch on me" "well expect for you breaking your hand" "well yeah but it looks like he got worse" "yeah it does" we get seated and wait for the ceremony to start.
