Naira's pov

So after my amazing welcome we all sat on chairs as dada sa said we have to do some rituals
So in between me and veer a bowl filled with milk and flower was kept
"So now I'm gonna drop this ring inside and you both are gonna find it we will play 3 rounds whoever wins the most rounds will have the upper hand in marriage" Said dada sa
We smiled at him and
Jay and abheer said in unison
"I am in bhabhi ma's side"
"I'm in Naira's side"
When veer glared at Jay and said
"Jay it's bhabhi ma for you too"
And Jay just whinned saying
"But bhai sa she is my best friend and we are of the same age you know"
Veer again glared at him and now said in a no nonsense tone
"Still Jay" To which he totally agreed
And abhiveer just stood up and went behind veer we understood that he is on his side
Both baba sa and kaka sa came in my team and veer just looked at all of them in betrayal and said
"Wow guys now im in doubt if you are my father my kaka sa and cousins or her's"
When baba sa said
Scoffing
"Obviously I'm on my daughters side" And kaka sa agreed with him
I just giggled looking at him and turned towards veer shock was visible on his face

Then dada sa dropped the ring and we started finding it first I found it then veer and now it was the last round
Once again dada sa dropped it
We were finding it when I felt the ring touch my hand just then veer grabbed it I showed him my puppy eyes asking him to leave the ring but he didn't I again pleaded with my eyes and he gladly did but with a smirk

I took out the ring and everyone got happy
Then dada sa said
"Okay it seems like our daughter is going to have the upper hand here" He looked at me and smiled patting my head lovingly I returned the smile then he again spoke
"Ok everyone it's already too late let's sleep now we will continue with the rasm tomorrow"
Saying this we left to our room

Veer's pov

After all those rasm we reached my sorry 'our' room
I was really happy getting her as my wife as the queen is the best thing now in some days we will have our reception so that the world can see there queen so I was thinking all this when I entered the room naira went there before me with Jay
I knocked the door and entered seeing her sit on the dressing table removing her jewellery I entered the washroom to change when I came back she was still removing pins from her hairs
I went towards her and asked
"Rani sa want any help?"
She nodded lightly and I went towards her staniding behind her
I asked her to lay a little on my she kept her back on my front and relaxed I started removing the pins in some minutes I was done I asked her to change and she left I was on the bed laying watching my phone replying to some emails when she came out
I stood up and walked towards her she stiffened and I knew what she is thinking
"Rani sa don't worry just go to sleep i will take the couch " I said
She looked at me and smiled and spoke
"Umm rana sa I guess the bed is big enough we can share it keeping pillows in between"
I smiled and her and nodded and we went towards the bed....
