Veer's pov

We entered our room and I was keeping the keys and my phone on the table when I turned around I saw her freeze in one place looking at nothing in particular
I looked at her closely and saw her taking deep breaths mummering something to herself I saw her hands.... No her whole body shaking  I saw her on the verge off falling when I rushed towards her I took her in my arms
When she pushed me harshly I felt hurt when she pushed me like that but I could understand her state she was having a panic attack I used to have these too so I know everything about them
"Naira" I said and again rushed towards her she took a step back which was heartbreaking for me but remembering her state I engulfed her in my arms tightly not ready to let her go
She tried to get out of my hold but it was firm enough to make her stay
"Naira naira here look at me can you here me?
I am veer your veer naira  hear me out jaan and please breath meri jaan nikl rahi h yaha" I said which was true seeing her like this in this state I was helpless but I was sure as soon as I get to know the reason behind this state of hers.... Then none can stop me from showing him hell

I saw her looking at me realizing it was her veer in front of her
She looked at me with those helpless eyes
When I asked her to follow my lead and breath with me which she did follow
And with this her breathing started getting better I felt relief seeing her get better
And she is was trying to again get out of my hold this time I reluctantly let her leave my arms "Naira feeling better!?" I asked her
She just nodded lightly and came forwarding hugging me tightly
I hugged her back after some minutes I broke the hug and picked her in my arms taking her to the bed I made her sit on it and I knelt down before her "Naira jaan if you feel comfortable would you like to tell me the reason behind your panick attack" I asked her and sww her stiffen
So I told her that it's totally ok if she doesn't want to tell me this but she said she wants to
And holding my hand took me in the balcony we both sat on  the swing facing each other
When she took a deep breath
And started speaking

"W-when I went out of the washroom I heard a girl scream I went towards their and saw a bastard pinning a girl forcefully on the wall I went towards them a-and pushed the man off her asking the girl if she was ok or not when the man tried to attack me......" And with this she told me everything I felt rage increasing hearing all of this
"Naira you could've called? Me khud jaane ki kya zarurat thi w-what i-if something wouldve happened to..... you" He said and I could see the worry in his eyes
I cupped his cheek and spoke
"Veer nothing could've happend to me I know how to fight I'm a trained fighter with a gun license and everything" I said honestly
And after that incident I had to learn all of this
"You have a gun license!? And why you learnt how to fight?? I mean you were always away from the mafia unknown to everyone so it isn't like anyone might hurt you?" I asked with confusion

Naira's pov

He asked me that in confusion  when I looked at him with a sigh I spoke
"Veer I'm a women and in this country we should know how to fight or.... Anything can happen to us" I said and I could see a muscle flicker in his jaw he looked at me with worry eyes and asked
"J-jaan did something l-like this happend to y-you" He said when I stiffened hearing him
I looked down trying to control my tears I nodded in agreement
And when I looked at him I could see the shock and rage in his eyes
"Who?? Who even tried to hurt you tell me naira I'm gonna kill them" He said
And I sighed about to tell him everything...
