Chapter 10:

Aurora's Pov...

Wow, this pillow is so comfortable! I should ask Jericho where he gets his pillows from. I heard chirping from the birds outside telling me it was morning. I hug my pillow but then it moves. Why is it breathing??! I open my eyes and i look up to a beautiful face sleeping. Oh its just Jericho. He looks so peaceful. I dont move. I just stared at his face and started to take in his facial features. He was tan with Black hair and a perfect jawline! He was shirtless and his eight pack stood out. They looked so perfect and sexy. I mean, my brothers have abs too but i never thought anything to it because they were my brothers. But then Jericho, he just looked .... Perfect!

"I know you want to stare at me all day but we have somewhere to be at the moment."

I jumped as he opened his hazel eyes to look down at me.

"What? I wasnt staring at you." I denied him as i got up.

"Sure sure" He smiled as he got up to get changed.

"Hurry up so we can go to my house to get changed. I'll pack your bag while you get changed." I grab a bag from his closet and started filling it with clothes. I found one of his underwear he wore when he was young and picked it up to admire it. I was laughing, "aww so cute! Little Jerry's panties!" Giving him a pout teasing him.

He blushes in embarrassment and ran up to me to snatch it out of my hands. "This is why i didnt want you to pack my bag for me" and puts it back in his drawer.

He got changed in his Jeans and tight black v-neck shirt that made his muscular body come out. Daaammnnn!

"You really gotta stop admiring me, we have a really tight schedule honey, wait till we get back then you can stare at me all day." He wiggles his eyebrows as i blush.

I smack him on the chest playfully and he flies back hitting the wall, "Ouch!" I look at my hand in shock. I then remember Jericho in pain. I run to him in panic.

"Oh my gosh! Jericho are you alright?!" I help him stand up slowly in pain.

"Geez, girl i was just kidding." He streches his back that collided with the wall.

"Im very sorry! I didnt mean to do that!" I knew i was strong but i didnt know i was THIS strong.

After i helped him up we walked to the castle, since it wasnt that far from his house. We became best friends because our parents were close. My father grew up with them in high school. When we got up to my room, i started packing all my clothes in a bag. Jericho walked to my couch and turned on the tv, since it was the morning, cartoons was on. After packing we went down to eat breakfast with the others. Pancakes, my favourite!

"Okay, everyone. Jericho, Aurora, Ryan and Chris ride in one car. Me and the twins ride in another car. Now we all meet at the waterfall and if anyone wants to stop off somewhere, make sure to inform the others. We sitck together, understood?" Colton asks as he sorts out the rides.

"Understood" Everyone choruses.

"Wait, i have something to give you." Remedy runs up to me with a necklace with a small space for a stone.

She puts it around my neck, "this is the necklace that will hold the stone of the gods. The stone will be too strong for you to carry for too long, it will make you weak."

"Thank you Remedy" i smile

"Be safe, remember, Zeus is out there to protect the stone from ending up in your hands. Good luck" i hug her and we left.

We stood up and started our journey to the waterfall. It was a 6 hour ride and we stopped three times because Chris kept wanting to use the bathroom. We stopped for food at Carl's Junior and came across someone who i didnt thought i would see again, "Ricky!!" I run up to him and hug him. "Aurora!" He hugs me back and i hear a growl from behind. Oops, forgot about Jericho.

I let go of Ricky and we started to talk, "wow, Aurora. Havent seen you for quite sometime and you still look flawless" he says with his never ending charming smile.

I smile, "i woke up like this" and we laugh as i quoted Beyoncé's song Flawless.

"Oh hey man." The boys except Jericho bro hug him.

Colton puts out his hand, "Hey, im Colton, these peoples older brother."

Ricky takes his hand and shakes it, "Nice to meet you. Im Ricky. I met your sibilings at school in New Zealand."

"Oh hope they were behaving." They laugh

"Bro, what are you doing here in America?" Derrick asks him.

He smiles, "oh i came back here to live with my dad."

"Oh, so who did you stay with in New Zealand?" It was Chris who asked this time.

"I was living with my uncle for two months so it wasnt very long" he replies.

We ate together with him and we started to have a catchup. Jericho was quiet throughout the whole conversation unless he was talked to only having little talk. He sat close to me. I smell jealousy.

"So where are you guys headed off to?" Ricky asks us

We look at each other, "It's none of your buisness." Jericho says sternly

I smack him on the arm and he hisses softly trying not to sound weak, "Dont be rude" i whisper at him. He ignores me and keeps eating.

"Sorry about that. We are heading to the waterfall in North America." Ricky scrunched up his face.

"Nigara falls?" He asks

We all nod.

"Why are you guys going there?" We all look at each other, hesitating on whether to tell him or not untill Ryan speaks up.

"We're just going on vacation" we all agreed and Ricky just smiles.

After we ate, we said our goodbyes to Ricky and we left. We arrived at the waterfall at 2:00 and parked our car at the carpark. We walked through the forest to get there. We admired the beautiful scenery of animals living their everyday life and also admired nature itself. Everything was green and the waterfall was beautiful. The clear blue water made the fish underneath visible.

"Can i swim?!!" Chris yells in excitement at the sight of the water.

"No, we are here to get the stone not have fun" Colton says making Chris frown.

"Aurora, where is the cave?" Ryan ask me.

Something wasnt right. The forest suddenly went quiet when he mentioned cave. I sensed that someone was here.

"Let me think" but really, i was trying to find the whereabouts on the person watching. The tree to my right. At lightning speed, i ran up to the tree and grabbed him from the neck. His eyes were red and black. Hybrid. My eyes went from colourful to pitch black.

"What are you doing here?" I asked the stranger with venom in my voice. I squeezed his neck harder. He chocked trying to form words in his mouth.

"Yo-y-your Too L-Late" and laughed.

"Why are you here?!!" I yelled with power in my voice. His eyes widened in fear and he started to shake.

"ANSWER ME!!"

"The stone, is ours. He shall rule." I felt confused.

"WHO?!!" He laughed and didnt say anything after that.

He was useless. I grew angry and slammed his head on the tree. Blood covered the tree and he blacked out. I used my claws and cut his head off then he turned to ashes.

I jumped off the tree and saw that my brothers were surrounded, by hybrids. They stand in a fighting stance and growl but no one moved. A group of hybrids formed another circle around me. I growled and they backed off a little but didnt surrender. I was about to attack when someone stepped in to the circle and smiled, "Aurora! We meet again" he smiles his eyes red and black. I recognised that smile from anywhere.

"YOU TRAITOR!" I screamed as my anger fuelled. How could he?!
