Jimin looked at Jungkook's friends, two of them were typing on their phones. He was sure that his Alpha already knew the purpose of his call, but he still answered it.
"not yet" Jimin replies and looks at Minsi. "Since you're not here, why don't you just greet Minsi a happy birthday now?"
"Why would i?" Jungkook asked, making Minsi pout
"It's her birthday"
"and so?"
"He doesn't want to greet you, what should I do now?" Jimin asked Minsi, which made minsi freeze.
"She asked you to call me? Is that it?" Jungkook asked
"Yeah.. Is there a problem with that?" Jimin already knows the problem of course. He heard that Jungkook hated it when Minsi was pestering his friends because of him, and he learned that it was the reason why Minsi approached himâ€" as her only hope.
"I.. I just want you to greet me, Jungkook" Minsi said and they heard the Alpha sigh deeply again
"Is that so?— Happy Birthday then" Jungkook said and Minsi's eyes widened in surprise
"Thank you, Jungkook!!" After Minsi said that, the call had already ended, but Minsi's happiness was over the top. "Let's party!!!" she screamed and everyone cheered for her.
Jimin raised his brow while still staring at his phone. He didn't expect the Alpha to actually greet Minsi but he couldn't even blame him because he's the one who asked him to do that.
He was about to put his phone back in his pocket when he suddenly received a message from the Alpha.
[ jeon ]:
— are you happy now?
He sighed.. and with thinking twice, he typed a reply
[ jm ]:
— no.
He grits his teeth and puts his phone on silent before shoving it back in his pocket. He looked up and saw his friends and Jungkook's friends looking at him. He couldn't even tell them that he was okay because he didn't want Seoham and Joy to be suspicious as to why he would be not.
He just grabs his glass and drinks.
"You're really close with Jungkook, huh? He answered your call and even greeted Minsi" Joy then said while looking at him.
"Well— Maybe?" He answered and drank again. He could feel from the other Omega's stares and smirk that she was kind of suspicious of him, but he didn't care and just poured himself another glass
"Let's go to the bar area and ask the bartenders for a drink, I don't like this whiskey," Hoseok said so Jimin and Yunjin stood up and went with him
"Who is he?? He looks interesting" Joy said
"PK group, only son" Seoham replied
"Ohh.. No wonder they're close."
"What are you thinking right now?"
Joy shrugged. "Nothing.."
