"Sometimes all you can do is remind him you're there when he's ready to let you in."

The morning of the First Task arrived with a heavy weight hanging over Harry. He hadn't slept much, his mind consumed by thoughts of dragons and the task ahead. Sitting in the common room, eyes bloodshot, he didn't notice Yvonne enter until she gently placed a hand on his.

"You didn't sleep, did you?" she asked softly.

Harry didn't answer, only standing and muttering, "I'll be fine."

Yvonne took his hand, her touch grounding him. She intertwined their hands before leading him down to breakfast.

At the Great Hall, Harry's gaze drifted over the food, but he couldn't muster any hunger. Yvonne noticed and gently tugged him toward a seat. "You need to eat," she urged.

Before Harry could protest, Hermione joined them, glancing at him with concern. "You okay, Harry?"

Yvonne spoke for him. "He hasn't eaten yet. Harry," she said softly, leaning closer to him. "You need to eat something. You can't go into the task on an empty stomach."

Harry sighed, looking up at her with a faint frown. "I'm not hungry, Vo," he said, voice barely above a whisper.

Hermione, who had been quietly watching the exchange, spoke up. "Come on, Harry. You need your strength. It's not just about the dragons; you need to keep your energy up."

Yvonne shot Hermione a grateful glance before turning back to Harry. "Listen," she said, taking his hand again, "we're right here, okay?

For a moment, Harry looked like he was going to argue, but instead, he just gave a small nod. Slowly, he pushed his plate of food toward him and picked up a piece of toast. Yvonne gave him a small smile, relieved to see him eat at least a little.

"I'm going to see Cedric," she said, her voice softer than usual. "Wish him good luck." She gave Harry a quick smile before walking off.

As she neared the Hufflepuff table, her eyes found Cedric easily. He was sitting with Caleb, deep in conversation.

"Cedric," Yvonne said, stopping at the edge of the table.

He looked up, a grin spreading across his face. "Hey, Yvonne. Good to see you before the task."
