I quickly closed the tab and opened a new one. I wanted to bring up what I saw but things were going so good and it would be weird for me to say something this early.

Jah taught me how to play League of Legends. It was fun especially with him. After we got bored of it we just watched the Fast and Furious movies.

Yes we were watching all of the movies, with some popcorn and weed.

We haven't kissed yet which there was moments I thought we would. Instead, he got a pillow and put it on my lap and laid his head there.

I stared at the tv that was hung on the dresser facing both of the beds. We were watching the 4th Fast and Furious movie, Tokyo Drift. Jah said this one is his favorite movie.

"I normally don't do this shit," Jah mumbled still watching the movie.

"Normally do what?" I asked, still focused on the movie.

"I never brought a girl on stage and had her come hangout with all my friends after-"

I cut him off by laughing. Is this nigga for real right now?

"What's so funny?" Jahseh said, turning his head to look at me with his eyebrows furrowed.

"Nothing, just no need to lie to get me all flattered," I shrugged.

"Pftt. You think that I think of you as some groupie?" Jah asked as he was sitting up to face me.

"Yeah, it was just the acid that had you treating me like I wasn't. If we didn't take that shit, you probably would've tried to fuck a long time ago," I smiled lightly.

"I was gunna say that I never brought a girl on stage and had the intention on taking her seriously," Said Jah with an attitude.

Fuck. I just stayed quiet and moved my eyes to the floor. I hate taking accountability when I'm in the wrong. "If you thought I didn't take you seriously why were you playing along?" Jah asked.

"I don't know. I just really liked how things were going but I still had second thoughts of you thinking I was some groupie or rebound," I said awkwardly. Oh shit! I said rebound.

I guess I really was bothered by it after all.

"Oh. Wait did you say rebound?" Jah asked.

Fuck.

"Uh- no, I think your just high,"

Ugh. Nice going Jhene.

"No, you said rebound. Where are you getting rebound from? I understand the groupie thing but rebound?? What makes you think that?" Jah said frustrated. At this point he stood up from the bed to turn the tv off and faced me.

Might as well tell the truth now.

"I didn't mean to look through your personal stuff but when I opened your computer some messages with a girl popped up," I said quietly while looking at the floor still. I didn't want to look at him in the face.

Jah nodded his head understandingly.
"Oh I know what youre talking about. I been on and off with that girl and we broke up earlier this week. She just texts me still asking for forgiveness but I blocked her last night,"

I feel like a dumbass now. But something still feels wrong. "Oh but why move on so fast?"

"When I started talking to you I didn't even think about that girl. I was just focused on getting to know you. Being completely honest, when I first saw you I did just want to fuck and I'm sorry for having those thoughts of you. But when I talked to you more, I realized you're worth more than a one night stand. I want to get to know you for real," Jah said.
