The Maldivian air felt like silk on
Aradhana's skin as she stepped out of the seaplane as they move from Arena Beach Maafushi to Kandima Maldives Dhaalu Atol. A warm breeze carried the salty tang of the ocean, mingling with the faint aroma of frangipani flowers adorning the dock. Her hand was entwined with Reyansh's, his grip firm, protective, and possessive in a way that made her heart flutter.

"This is surreal," she whispered, her eyes drinking in the pristine waters stretching endlessly before them. The horizon shimmered like molten sapphire under the setting sun.
Reyansh smiled, brushing a kiss against her temple. "Welcome to our paradise, Mrs. Lamba."
Hearing her new title from his lips sent a thrill through her. She glanced up at him— his sharp jawline catching the golden light, his tanned skin glowing against the crisp white linen shirt that clung to his muscular frame. His dark eyes, filled with unspoken promises, made her pulse quicken.

A private speedboat whisked them away to their exclusive overwater villa.
Aradhana's laughter rang out as she clung to Reyansh, the cool spray of the ocean teasing her bare arms. The villa was a dream-sprawling yet intimate, with a glass floor revealing schools of fish gliding below. The centerpiece was an infinity pool that seemed to merge seamlessly with the ocean, and beyond that, a staircase led directly into the lagoon.

Inside, petals of red and white roses adorned the bed, forming a heart around a pair of swan-shaped towels.

Champagne chilled in an ice bucket, and soft, romantic music played in the background. Aradhana turned to Reyansh, her eyes glinting with mischief.
"Did you plan all this?"
He shrugged, a playful smirk tugging at his lips. "I might have had some help. But tonight, everything is for you."
Her cheeks warmed under his gaze. She loved this side of him-the teasing, confident man who could make her feel like the only woman in the world.

After a quick dip in the pool, they freshened up for dinner. Aradhana slipped into a figure-hugging red satin dress that left little to the imagination.

The deep neckline and thigh-high slit revealed just enough to drive Reyansh wild, and the way his gaze darkened when she stepped out of the bathroom told her she'd succeeded. "You're trying to kill me," he said, his voice low and gravelly, as he crossed the room in two strides. His hand found her waist, pulling her flush against him. The heat of his body seeped through the thin fabric, making her shiver.

"Maybe," she teased, running her fingers along the collar of his shirt. "Is it working?"
He leaned down, his lips brushing her ear.
"You have no idea."
Dinner was served on a candlelit deck overlooking the ocean. The sky was a canvas of stars, their reflection dancing on the gentle waves. Aradhana sipped her champagne, the bubbles tickling her throat as she watched Reyansh. He looked impossibly handsome in the dim light, his sharp features softened by the glow of the candles. They fed each other bites of fresh seafood and tropical fruits, laughing and stealing kisses between courses. By the time dessert arrived—a decadent chocolate fondant-Reyansh had lost all pretense of patience. He smeared a bit of melted chocolate on her lower lip and leaned in, his tongue tracing the outline before capturing her mouth in a slow, searing kiss.
"Reyansh," she breathed, pulling back just enough to meet his gaze. Her cheeks were flushed, her eyes heavy-lidded with desire.
"Let's go," he said, his voice rough with need.
Back at the villa, the mood shifted from playful to electric. Aradhana stood by the glass wall, the moonlight casting a silvery glow on her skin. She felt his presence behind her before he touched her, his hands sliding over her shoulders and down her arms.

"You're so beautiful," he murmured, his lips grazing the curve of her neck. His fingers found the zipper of her dress, tugging it down slowly, torturously. The satin slipped from her shoulders, pooling at her feet and leaving her in nothing but lace.
Reyansh's breath hitched. He turned her around, his eyes roaming over her with a hunger that made her knees weak.

"You're going to be the death of me, Aradhana."
She smiled, her fingers trailing down his chest to unbutton his shirt. "Then let me make it worth your while."

Their kisses grew more urgent, their hands exploring, claiming, and worshiping each other. He lifted her effortlessly, carrying her to the bed and laying her down as if she were the most precious thing in the world. The silk sheets were cool against her back, a stark contrast to the heat between them.

Reyansh took his time, his lips and hands mapping every inch of her body, igniting a fire that consumed them both. Aradhana arched beneath him, her fingers digging into his shoulders as waves of pleasure washed over her. He whispered her name like a prayer, his voice thick with emotion.

The night was a blur of passion and tenderness, their love expressed in every touch, every kiss, every whispered word.

As the first light of dawn filtered through the curtains, they lay tangled in the sheets, their bodies and souls entwined. Aradhana rested her head on Reyansh's chest, her fingers tracing lazy circles on his skin. "I never want this to end," she said softly.

"It won't," he promised, tilting her chin up to meet his gaze. "This is just the beginning."
The next day was filled with adventure and stolen moments of intimacy. They snorkeled in the crystal-clear waters, marveling at the vibrant coral reefs and colorful fish. Reyansh couldn't resist teasing Aradhana, splashing her and pulling her close under the water.

Later, they explored a hidden sandbank, where they had a picnic under the shade of a palm tree. The isolation added to the romance, and soon, the picnic blanket became their haven. Reyansh leaned back against the tree, pulling Aradhana onto his lap. Their kisses deepened, and the world around them disappeared once again.
As the sun set on their second night, they found themselves in the infinity pool, the warm water lapping at their skin.

Aradhana leaned back against Reyansh, her head resting on his shoulder as they watched the horizon turn shades of orange and pink.
"This feels like a dream," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

He kissed her shoulder, his arms tightening around her. "Then I never want to wake up."
Under the cover of darkness, with the stars as their only witnesses, they gave in to their desires once more. The water shimmered around them, the heat of their passion rivaling the tropical air. Every touch, every kiss, every whispered word was a reminder of the love they shared—a love as deep and endless as the ocean surrounding them.

I know it's a short chapter but I just gave the longest chapter in the last update & honestly the response was really poor🙂
