Chapter 4
To Wonderland
Dear Diary-
So long! I'm off to school. I have been accepted to go to a prestigious boarding school. We'll travel all around the world, learning about culture and how all these differences bring us together. I'm really gonna miss you. When I get back I'll fill you with all my pictures and memories. I just can't bring you, the thought of losing you somewhere I just- No.
So I went to Charlotte's to tell her I was leaving and all she did was ignore me completely. She's still mad that I didn't bring her the masks. I plan to take them with me and to dump them in the ocean, where she can never get them. It's for the better.
So when I was leaving she ran and tackled me to the ground. She began to shake me and bang my head on the ground. She was shouting something at me but everything began to slowly fade away. The next thing I knew I woke up at home. When I asked my parents what happened my mom said that Charlotte said I had fallen down the stairs. I knew it wasn't true but I decided to go with it. They also said she left a note for me and this is it.

If you don't bring the masks to me before you leave. I will find them. At not stop will they be mine.
