"I win! I win! Haha!" Sqaishey yelled. We had just played 8 games of hunger games and that was our 9th one! "Well done ducky!" I exclaimed.
"Thanks kitty cake!" Sqaishey said. I saw her glance over to her wall for a second.
"OH GOD!" Sqaishey yelled.
"What?"I asked.
"It's 1o'clock!" Sqaishey answered.
"Wow! We've been playing for hours! Well, I better go to bed!" I exclaimed.
"Same here! Goodnight kitty!" Sqaishey said.
"Goodnight ducky!" I said and Sqaishey ended the call.
I got into my pyjamas and went to bed.

I woke up to the sound of cars and trucks. Today was a major shipping day and this happened every year. I got up and I saw squid on the sofa watching the news. "Good morning squid!" I said as I walked into the living room.
"Good morning stamps! Did the cars wake you up to?" He asked me.
"Yeah!" I answered. I sat down with him and watched TV.
"Sooooo..." Squid said
"So what?" I asked him.
"I heard you and Sqaishey last night!" He answered "Sooo, do you like her?"
"Sort of... I'm not sure!" I answered. Squid gave me a look like he knew something.
"Ok maybe I do like her!" I said.
"I knew it! Haha." He said nudging me. I got up and made me and squid some toast.

I sat in my room for a while on my own just thinking of Sqaishey. Her perfect smile, her giggle, everything about her! I didn't want to tell squid but I don't like her... I LOVE her! I really want to tell her but I don't know if she likes me back! "If only love was easier!" I thought "If only..."
