Four calls and all of them have gone to voicemail. Lynn was suppose to call me as soon as she got home. It was a cold icy day in Chicago, the roads where full of black ice and lets just saying her little Bug isn't the greatest in the ice.
"Im sure she'll be fine" Seabrook said as he threw a towel at me.
"What if she isnt?" I mumbled before leaving to go home. "Lynn?" I yelled as I walked into our shared condo. My phone started ringing, my shaking hands couldn't hit accept fast enough.
"Andrew?" It was Lynn's mother.
"Has Lynn called you? She's not answering me!" I babbled like a fool.
"She's in the hospital she-" The phone connection started to get all shaky due to the storm. I whimpered and I ran to my Range Rover. Granted I drove way to fast but I made my way to the Hospital.
"Lynn Y/L/N" I said out of breath from running. I was tapping my fingers anxiously as the women searched for my girl's room number.
"Her room number is 306 but you won't be able to see her for another hour." I nodded and went to go find a seat. The next hour was the longest hour of my life, and I've played a Stanley cup clinching game. After about exactly 55 minutes and 3 seconds later, right after I had bitten my nail down to the point where it was numb.
"Mr Shaw?" The doctor came by and asked for me.
"Yes?" I said as I stood up.
"You can go see her now" I pushed past him to rush into room number 306.
"Lynn! Are you okay?!" I yelped and kissed her.
"Im fine Andrew"
