I Can't Believe It.

AHHHHHHHH I'M ALIVE!
Yes, I'm back, and hopefully for long this time! I'm terribly sorry for leaving you guys with that cliffhanger! Now, before we go onto the story, I would like to announce. If you guys feel like it, you can send in fanart and they'll be in each chapter! And I'll also be holding a contest. The one with the best cover art for this story will have a chapter and a character dedicated to them, and they will take part as whatever they choose, I.e a shrunken detective, Michi's sibling, ally, or anything you want. And now, without further adieu... LET' START THIS THING!
Ran's P.O.V
Today, I decided to surprise Conan-kun by taking him and any of his friends out to get some ice cream. After school had finished, I walked to the elementary school Conan studied. After awhile, I stopped as all the kids began to file out of their classrooms, but not Conan. Worried, I decided to meet up with him at his classroom. The walk to his class was kinda creepy. Elementary schools are creepy when the kids are away! Finally I made it to the classroom, but stopped when I accidentally started to listen into a conversation that would surprise me immensely.
"I missed you so much, Shin-chan!" A young girl about Conan's age sobbed onto his shoulder, clinging on to him like he was a life support. Conan was looking down at her, his fringe obscuring his eyes in shadow, but not covering the fact of two tears streaming down his face.
"I've missed you too, Michi. You're one of my best friends, and it hurt me so much not seeing you," Conan replied, hugging her tightly back. I just stood there, hiding behind the doorframe, as I heard this go on. Many emotions went through my head. Anger, sorrow, happiness... But the one that stayed was a mix of the first two. How could Conan not tell me about him being Shinichi! All those times I was so close to knowing, he slipped away from them! I had half a mind to stomp in there and start yelling at that mystery nerd! But, I know his reasons, but it still hurt he didn't tell me! And now Michiko is stuck in the same predicament as him? It was just unbelievable. Instead of getting angry, I decided to pretend I didn't know, until I either broke, or they told me the truth. The two let go of each other and wiped their tears. The decided to start walking out, and I panicked. So, I took the idea of running down the hallway soundlessly and pretend I just got here. They both got out of the classroom and started to go down towards me.
"Hello, Conan-kun!" I said, walking towards them. Unlike Shinichi, I was a much better actor. Shinichi looked up, and Michiko immediately straightened up. Shinichi immediately turned to his faux child-like behavior.
"Hi, Ran-neechan!" Shinichi said with a big grin, running over to me. Michiko waked behind him, her face in a childlike shy face.
"Who's this?" I asked, looking at the miniature mystery writer. Shinichi looked towards his cousin.
"This is my new friend, Collene Akatskuri." Shinichi replied, giving Michiko's alias.
"Hello," Michiko said in a believable shy way.
"It's nice to meet you, Collene. I'm Mouri Ran, Conan lives with me,"I introduced myself, kneeling down to her level. Michiko smiled softly up at me.
"Why are you picking us up, Ran-neechan?" Shinichi asked, confused.
"I thought I could pick you up and any of your friends for some ice cream," I replied, getting back up. Michiko's eyes widened under her glasses. She was always a sucker for sweets.
"Okay!" She and Shinichi said in unison. I smiled at the both of them and grabbed their hands,"Let's go!" The three of us went on our way.

Conan's P.O.V.
Ran seemed weird as she picked us up, almost hesitant. But I was definitely happy about one thing. Michiko and I are reunited, and we have another one for our fight against the B.O. And before long, we will be back to our original bodies, and back to our normal lives.
