Chapter 15: Broken Seal

Sasuke thinking: That scream, that was Sakura! What's happening to her? Where's Kakashi?
Naruto is bloodied on the ground.
Naruto: Sakura, she's in trouble.
Sasuke thinking: we've got to break through.
Naruto: I'll bust us out of here.
Sasuke thinking: Naruto...
Naruto: I'll fake him out.
Haku: You've exhausted my patience.
Naruto: Ahhh!
Naruto makes a hand sign and lets out a burst of chakra, trying to run towards the mirror to escape. He flips back and runs, with Haku chasing him through the mirror, running beside Naruto.
Sasuke: What? Naruto, behind you!
Naruto gets hit by a barrage of senbon and falls back on his side.
Sasuke: Naruto!
Haku: Your chance of escaping my House of Mirrors is zero. That is absolute.
Sasuke rushes to Naruto's side.
Sasuke: Naruto, are you able to get up?
Naruto: Ahah.
Sasuke: Try not to use any more chakra. That's only going to help him.
Naruto rips a senbon out of his side as he gets up.
Naruto: I know, Sasuke. I know.
Naruto is barely able to get up.
Sasuke thinking: We can't go on like this. He's blocking every move we make. I've got to find a way to outmaneuver him. My eyes have adjusted to his movements.
Suddenly, Haku appears in the mirror right in front of Sasuke.
Haku: Looking for a counterattack? I'll save you the trouble.
Haku moves directly to the mirror to the right of him and launches a senbon at Sasuke. Sasuke catches it and uses it to block the rest of the senbon Haku launches.
Haku: What?
Sasuke falls on one knee.
Sasuke: Get up, loser. We need to team up.
Naruto: Ahha, ahh.
Haku thinking: I'm aiming at his vital spots, but I can't get a direct hit.
Naruto wills himself to a sitting position.
Naruto: I know what we need to do. Believe it, Sasuke.
Multiple Haku appear in the mirror and launch senbon, but now Sasuke is able to dodge and react, blocking them with ease.
Haku thinking: It's not just luck. He's fighting to protect his friend. That's why he's so determined. But he can't possibly see the needle coming.
Haku launches senbon at Naruto, but Sasuke appears right there and uses his shoulder to move Naruto to the right, out of harm's way. He jumps up and away but still gets pricked by a few senbon, far fewer than before.
Haku thinking: My movements are beyond human speed, and yet he's tracking them somehow. Whatever he's doing, I've got to stop him now.
Sasuke: He disappeared! Where did he go?
Sasuke looks to the left.
Sasuke: How could he just vanish? Naruto, you'd better not pass out again. Come on, let's go. I can't keep protecting you like this.
Naruto: Well then, don't. Haah, I never asked for your help.
Naruto breathes heavily.
Naruto: Anyway...
Naruto passes out again.
Haku: You can't help him. He's reached his limits.
Sasuke looks up at Haku. Sasuke launches a senbon at the ice mirror, but it bounces right off.
Haku: Impressive. You have excellent moves. Your attacks are very skillful.
Haku launches three senbon at Sasuke, but he moves to the right, dodging it.
Haku: But you've reached your limit as well.
Haku is moving from mirror to mirror.
Haku: Motor functions, reflexes, judgment—your abilities are weakening slowly but surely. You're finished.
Haku keeps moving.
Sasuke thinking: Here he comes. Stay calm, focus, concentrate, see everything.
Sasuke is watching every mirror intently, and a smirk appears on his face.
Sasuke: Alright.
Haku throws senbon at where Naruto was lying, but Sasuke picks up Naruto and uses his chakra to pump some into the soles of his feet, jumping away.
Haku thinking: He saw every move, but there's no way he could do that.
Sasuke sets Naruto down with a thud, huffing and puffing. Sasuke looks up at Haku, and in his eyes, the Sharingan has awakened—two tomoe in his left eye and one tomoe in his right.
Haku thinking: Impossible! Those eyes, the Sharingan! You're an Uchiha!
Sasuke thinking: It's not complete, but I can see through his moves.
Haku: So he too has a Kekkei Genkai. Interesting. Even though it's not perfected, to uncover this power during a lethal battle is an amazing feat. And because of that, I won't be able to fight much longer. This jutsu uses a tremendous amount of chakra, and his swift movements also take energy. There's no doubt the longer we fight, the more he will use the Sharingan to perceive my moves. Even now, his eyes are tracking me. I can target him directly. He'll just block a frontal attack, so I'll have to throw him off guard by attacking Naruto, then I'll destroy him.
Haku jumps out of his mirror towards Naruto.
Sasuke thinking: What? I have to stop him.
Sasuke is using chakra to get there faster.
