Graded Matcha tea is creamy, vegetal, umami-rich, slightly sweet, or grassy.
But, letting matcha sit too long can cause it to separate.

"You never listened to advices! Of all the hotties out there you have to be together with the most unhitch one!"

"Bow, get the out of my shop before I get Control here." You massaged your temple. You're done dealing with his malapropism and his naggings. He's been talking your ear out ever since noticing you spending questionable amount of time with Control.

The Bow Devil spews his last curse at you before slamming the door shut, and finally tranquility falls upon you and your shop.

Just when you decided to call it a day, the doorbell ringed as someone comes into the shop.

"Sorry, we're closed. Come again another time." You said, starting to work washing the used cups, hoping it's not some demanding devil.

"Nice place." A smooth voice.

You paused your work. This is not a familiar voice.

Slowly, you turn to the bar and there sat a woman.

Her eyes were ringed too.

You've met two of the Four Horsemen; this could be either War or...

"Death Devil I assume?" You asked.

The lady smiled gently at you. "Would you mind serving me? I don't come by here often, but I heard there's a nice café here that serves good tea and blueberries Muffin. She shifted her eyes around the tea jars and the oven then back to you. "And good company too."

You could ask her to leave, but you felt this visit could be something more than just food tasting. So, you indulged your own curiosity.

"Sure, but I only take stories as payment"

"Oh, definitely not a problem. I can tell you more than just a story."

"What do you like?" You wear your apron.

"Surprise me. You're good at that, aren't you?"

"Can't say so, but most of my customers said that I am." You replied.

"Oh I believe you are. My sisters have been talking about you." She rested her head on her palm, drumming her fingers on the bar.

"Famine praised your muffins. She rarely gives praises to food, given that she has a sophisticated tongue. Another one simply plays missing-in-action and spends her attention on you."

You kept quiet as you pour the hot water into the pot.

"Fascinating to see my dear youngest sister falling heads over heel to you."

You sighed. "Please don't tell me that this visit is a shovel talk." And a laughter came out from the Devil behind you.

"You're funny. I like that. And no, it's not a shovel talk. I don't really care who my sister fell in love with. She's fine by herself."

"So, you're here purely for a cup of tea?" You place an empty cup to her and holds the tea pot.

"Together with muffins and accompany." She nodded her head as a thanks when you poured tea into her cup.

"I know in Hell there are a lot of rumors about us sisters, as much as I agree with all their description of personalities, deep down in us are actually quite simple." She sips her tea courteously and hummed in satisfaction while you took a muffin out from the oven.
