WOOOO plot twist time

The plan was set: they would rob the biggest bank in the city, then get on the first flight to Japan. 

There was only one problem. Dani couldn't escape her brother. Their house was on lock down after there had been a kidnapping in the nieghborhood next to theirs. Even though it turned out the little girl had just wandered into a nearby park and had been quickly found, Dani's brother was not letting her leave the house.

The real reason he wouldn't let the house was that the little girl had been found by a gay couple that were her brother, Michael's, age. By reading the paper she discovered that one of the boys used to be Michael's best friend that always came over, but stopped a few months ago. Michael was the biggest homophobe Dani had ever met.

Finally, she had to tell Michael why she had to leave the house. While she explained the plan, Michael looked curious. Instead of telling the police or their dad, he asked to be included in the plan. She had to agree because the group was relying on her. And her job was to be the get away, so Michael would just sit in the car with her, so he couldn't screw anything up.

She took Michael with her to the cafe where the group were going to meet up before the heist. When they got there, the first thing he did was glare at everyone, which did not impress anyone. When the group heard the situation, they had to let him in on it. They couldn't do it without Dani.

While they began packing up their stuff after going over the plan for the next day, the robbery, a young girl with purple hair burst into the cafe. She ran towards the booth and squeezed in between Chris and Haylee. She introduced herself as Sarah, and kept looking nervously toward the door. 

Michael just rolled his eyes and mubled something that sounded like "freakshow"

The group, being open minded let her sit there, but stopped talking about the robbery. However, a few minutes later, a tall angry looking boy ran into the cafe. He looked around a few times, before he spotted Sarah. He began threatening her and saying stuff about her cheating on him. 

Most of the group defended her and told him to get out of there. Dani, who was sitting oppisite to Sarag, tried to chime in, but was drowned out. She realized her brother was much louder than her, and decided to put him to good use, and nudged him, signaling he should yell too. 

When he didn't say anything, she looked over at him, to see him dumbstruck staring at the boy. Sometime during all the yelling, the boy's name had been shouted. It was Matt. 

Dani heard her brother mumble "Matt" in the way 11-year old girls talk about their crushes. 

For some reason, Matt heard and looked over at Michael, ready to yell at him, but when he saw the boy, he shut up and just stared. Finally, realizing how awkward it was, Matt pointed at Michael and motioned for him to follow him out of the cafe. Michael nodded and got up, while everyone else at the table sat, clearly confused. 

Dani just giggled under her breath.
