Jimin had outdone himself. What had started as playful enthusiasm had snowballed into full-scale mischief. The selfie Taehyung had taken with famous model Jeon Jungkook was no longer confined to his phone. Somehow, Jimin had gotten hold of it, printed copies of it, and—most dramatically—plastered it across every corner of the village-for some reason-to let some of people knew what his friend can do and what he had done. Posters adorned shop windows, the bus stop, and even the ancient tree by the village square. The villagers were buzzing with excitement, and Taehyung’s mother, Minhee, was at the center of it all.

Taehee stood in her cozy living room, holding a large poster-sized version of the selfie in her hands. Her eyes brimmed with joy as she traced her fingers over Taehyung’s face.
“Oh, my handsome boy,” she murmured, her voice filled with emotion. “And look at Jungkook—so pretty! They make such a lovely couple.”

She hugged the poster tightly to her chest, spinning in delight. The picture was slightly grainy from being enlarged, but to taehee, it was a masterpiece. She placed a kiss on Jungkook’s face and then on Taehyung’s, her cheeks flushed with excitement.
“My son-in-law!” she exclaimed, her voice ringing through the house. “Taehyung is finally bringing him home! Oh, I need to prepare the best feast—no, a banquet!”
Taehee rushed out of her home, wants to tell every other person, that her son did it, he wasn't liar, she wanna scream at every person who blamed her son.
“Did you see it? Did you see the poster? My Taehyung and his boyfriend are coming home!” she declared to anyone who would listen.
The responses were equally enthusiastic.
“Oh, taehee, they look so good together!” “Jungkook is so beautiful—just like a movie star!” “You must be so proud, taehee! He’s perfect for Taehyung!”
"Look, look i told you, my taehyung, my son wasn't lieing! Y'all didn't belive him! Look now." She almost spitted.
Taehee beamed with pride, already envisioning the warm reception they would receive. She ran here and there like she won the whole world.
“You’re going to love it here, Jungkook,” she said to the image in her hand. “I’ll make sure of it.”
