The Introduction To The Toy Box

(Merida's POV)

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I screamed as I woke up from what felt like a nightmare. I put my right hand on my head with pain. I looked around at my surroundings. Except for some blocks for the ground and a light above me, it looked like an endless, black abyss. I shifted my gaze downward and saw what I was on. It was an irregularly-shaped white platform with a symbol similar to the shape of the platform but red and the word "IN" in the middle. There was two circles that were deeper than the platform and I was laying on one of them. I jumped up to my feet and dusted myself off.

"Where am I?"
I thought aloud. Not a single form of life. But, a short distance away from the platform was a glowing golden orb floating above the ground with what looked like golden dust flying around it. I cautiously crept over to the orb. I reached my hand out. My hand went right through the orb. As if by magic, an entire world appeared around me. It was so beautiful! It looked like a floating island. There was an arch covered with flowers, a wooden pole spiraling off the edge, a beautiful night sky, and giant columns made of stone. I looked off the edge and saw that there was a ledge with a brick walkway. Something told me that the pole was a good idea. I climbed up it, then started to slide down it. At the bottom, I fell on my back.

"Ow....... I might want to work on my landin'."
I figured. I stood up and followed the walkway. There was a ladder, a few trees, and a tunnel. I walked up to the tunnel. Stepping inside, there was a blue half-orb with blue lights glowing inside. I grabbed it and read the top.

"'Sparks are like currency. Use them to buy items for your Toy Box from the Toy Store'? What's the Toy Box?"
I pondered. I opened the orb and the "sparks" fell out. They floated around me and flew inside my body

"Okay, that was....... interesting."
I started to walk farther but stepped on something. I glance down at my feet and see a piece of paper. I pick it up and unfolded it.

"Welcome to the Introduction To The Toy Box! Here you will learn about the Toy Box and how it works. Talk to the Toy Box Hosts for missions to earn sparks and Toys."
Was written on the note. I stuck the note in my belt, then climbed up a ladder. There was 5 really short people standing near where I was earlier. I walked up to one with a black ponytail.

"Umm, hi?"
I waved awkwardly.

"Hello!! I'm the Exploration Host!! With my help, you'll learn ways to get around places wherever you go!"
The person greeted with a squeaky voice. The Exploration Host turned his back to me. A golden orb appeared in front of him. The Exploration Host kicked it towards the edge. The orb froze mid-air and disappeared. Within an instant, a desert kingdom appeared and the sun rose over the castle.

"Just go inside and start learning!"
The Host squeaked. I stroll over. I jumped over the gap and started to run. I leaped across an even bigger gap onto a wooden ledge, then climbed up to see the inside of the kingdom. I hopped on a clothesline and grinded to the other side. A rope dangled from the top of a wall. I hoisted myself up. An orange capsule was floating in front of me. It said "Orange sparks help you level up when fighting enemies and unlock moves." I smirked.

"I could get used to this place."
