(Merida's POV)

I yawned as I stretched my arms out. I rolled out of bed and trudged into the kitchen. But my eyes widen to the size of frying pans and I back up into the lobby. The fireplace was replaced by a bookshelf?!

"What in the-- GUYS!!!!"
I called out. Jack ran in with Spidey not too far behind him. He's been here for few weeks.

"ARE YOU ALRIGHT MERID-- Why is there a bookshelf where the fireplace should be?"
Jack was yelling at first but the bookshelf threw him off.

"I thought you guys were prankin' me!!"
I threw my hands up.

"Why would we prank you like this?! More importantly, how could we prank you like this?!"
Spidey asked.

"As much as it kills me to say it, Spider-Man's right. There's no possible way we could of pulled that kind of prank off silently."
Jack said. I groaned in frustration and rub my temples.

"You know what, I'm just gonna take a walk and clear my mind."
I walk back to my room, changed into my dress and walked out--

"WHAT HAPPENED TO THE INTRODUCTION?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"
I screeched. Jack and Spidey ran over to me like cheetahs and poked their heads out above mine.

"What in the Toy Box is going on?!?!"
Spidey exclaimed. His eyes shot open.

"Did I just say--"

"Yup."
I interrupted.

"I'm losing my mind!!"
Spidey clasp his hands onto his head. Earning him a swift elbow to the gut from Jack.

"Boys! Split up!!"
I commanded. The three of us started to spread out when we saw the Combat Host, the Vehicles Host, the Exploration Host, The Interior Butler and two new Townspeople with Host mission beacons above them.

"Each of you go to a different Host. I think the Townspeople with the beacons are Hosts too."
I gestured to them. I walked over to the Woody Townsperson Costume with a green light beacon over his head.

"Who are you?"
I interrogated. The "Host" looked up at me.

"I'm the Sidekick Host!"
He responded with a squeak.

"'Sidekick Host'?"
I repeated, raising a brow.

"Yes! I'll teach you about feeding your sidekicks, giving them armor and weapons, and even how to summon them!!"
He smiled.

"Feeding? Armor? What?"
I asked.

"I'll explain."
The Sidekick Host turned to a white area that looked like a farm. A periwinkle colored orb with white dust fluttering around it appeared. He kicked it and the white disappeared, giving the farm color.

"Why don't you gather some tomatoes for your sidekicks? We'll talk after."
The Sidekick Host instructed. I dash forward when I notice a tomato floating above the ground like it was a collectible. I placed my hand on the stem and it disappeared with tomato juice flying. My Toy List buzzed. I opened it and saw a new catagory: Sidekicks. I opened it, but the list was empty. Looks like things just got interesting.

(Jack Skellington's POV)

While Merida was walking around a farm, I walked over to the Combat Host. Other than that, normal day..... NOT!!!!!!!!! From the second I woke up, this day has been completely insane!! WHY DOES THE INTRODUCTION TO THE TOY BOX LOOK LIKE A WHITE SCALE MODEL OF A FAILED TOWN?!?!??!???!???!?!!!!!

"JACK LOOK OUT FOR THE--"
Merida calls to me, but stops when I trip over something. And faceplant. Spider-Man's laughter rung in my ears as I glare at him.

"Ledge....."
She finishes. Standing up and dusting myself off, the Host giggles.

"What's so funny?"
I glare at it.

"Oh, nothing!"
The Host snickers. The shape of probably the training grounds is really weird. And familiar.....

"Should I be able to recognize that?"
I point at the area.

"You will in a bit. For now, welcome to the Toy Box Hub!"
The Combat Host grinned.

"The Toy Box......... Hub? What happened to the Introduction to The Toy Box?!"
I exclaimed.

"It was replaced with this. There has been a breakthrough in new things to do and use!"
The Combat Host explained. Then, he turned towards the training grounds when a silvery orb of dust appears. He kicks in and the training grounds begin to appear. When it finishes, my eye sockets grew to the size of hockey pucks.

"I can't believe it....."
I mumbled breathlessly, footsteps approaching behind me.

"Uh, Jack? Are you alright?"
Merida's voice asks worryingly. I look down at her and smile.

"Never better!! This-- This-- It looks just like Halloween Town!!"
I gesture to the training grounds.

"'Halloween Town'?"
Merida repeats, confusion written on her face. It was rather cute-- What? Huh? Why did I just-- Never mind.

"You know, where I lived before I met you and Spider-Man."
I noted. Bolting for the training grounds, Merida follows behind me while laughing. But she shrieked when an energy ball headed straight for her and she just barely dodged it.

"Ranged Zurgbots!!"
I exclaimed. A growl escaped my throat as I threw a Jack-O-Lantern bomb at the horde. Driftwood Pirates, Agrabah Guards and other enemies littered the area. There was one that piqued my interest. It looked like a red tornado with lightning crackling silently and dark clouds swirling around it. Fear washed over me when an Omnidroid walked through it and broke instantly.

"MERIDA RUN!!!!!!!!!"
I screamed and dashed for the exit.  A thought occurred to me and I skidded to a stop.

"Where's my head? I can just get rid of that thing with the--"
I tried to summon the wand but it wouldn't let me. Multiple times I try again, but nothing.

"I can't get the Magic Wand out!!"
I panicked.

"Me neither!! Keep going!!"
Merida shrieked. We bolt for the middle of this place, the one thing I need right now is to know WHAT THE JACK-O-LANTERNS IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!
