Everyone was in the waiting room, waiting to hear about Mareon, Ej was bawling his eyes out as Tyler held him in his arms. Amari and Hakeem were both shedding tears, hugging each other "Family of Mareon Wilson?" The doctor walked out with a clipboard in his hand. Everybody stood up and walked over there "What is it? Is my baby okay?" Ej sniffed
"Well he's having slight breathing problems!! It looked like he was shot in his side, but he was actually shot on the right side of his chest and the bullet it located very close to his lung, so we'll have to give him surgery to remove the bullet!! And the bullet is very close to the point were if they mess up on the surgery, he may possibly die..." The doctor said
"WELL DON'T FUCK UP!!!!! I swear to god, on my kids, if I'm lying god will strike me now, if my fuckin' son don't make it out of this fuckin' surgery alive, I will blow this building the fuck up and I will kill your ass and the bitches that did the surgery" Tyler jacked the doctor up by his shirt "Baby let him go it's fine" Ej said, while pulling Tyler away and silently crying "We'll do the best we can.. Y'all can go see him in Room 478 whenever y'all ready... And hello Mrs. Perez. How are doing today?" The doctor asked YN.. They were in YN's hospital by the way
"How does it look like I'm doing?" YN asked sarcastically "Tell Juan, Tony, Austin, and Greg to not fuck up or I will fire their asses" YN said in a stern voice "Yea about that, Tony's not here today" The doctor said
"ARE YOU FUCKIN' SERIOUS?!?! You know what, I'm getting tired of his shit, tell Gabe to call Tony and fire his ass!!! Now who's gonna do the fuckin' surgery with Austin, Greg and Juan?" YN ran her fingers through her hair
"............... You can do it?" The doctor suggested. "No, hell no" YN yelled
"YN why not? That's your Nephew, his life is on the line right now" Twist said
"That's the point, he's my nephew, and what if I do something wrong?!?! Then it's gonna be all on me... I'm scared!! Didn't y'all just hear Tyler?!?! If I fuck up he's going to kill my ass fam!!" YN said, shedding tears "YN, baby look at me." Prince lifted her head and looked at her "You'll do perfectly fine!! We believe in you okay?" He pecked her lips and she nodded ".............Okay I'll do it." YN sighed "You can see him in Room 478 whenever y'all ready" Then the doctor left
"FUCK" Tyler yelled and punched the wall with tears coming down his face, he ran his fingers through his hair and started pacing back and forth "Tyler, calm down it's gonna be fine!! Mareon is gonna pull through this, he's too strong not to pull through!! All we can do is wait and pray that he'll be perfectly fine" Prince said, as YN hugged his waist, silently crying right along with Latavia, Emauri, and Racheal "Come on y'all let's go see him" Ray said. Everybody nodded. They all got up and started walking to Mareon's room. Once they entered, Mareon was laid in bed with a oxygen mask on and bandages around his chest, hooked up to a heart monitor and a lot of other wires "My baby" Ej covered his mouth and started crying. Amari started crying, so Issa hugged her and kissed her forehead, reassuring her that her cousin will be just fine.. Hakeem just sat down with his hands cupped together and his leg shaking with a couple tears running down his face, while looking at his little brother.. Trust me, he wanted to break down just like everyone else but he had to be strong for his little brother, he always has been and he wasn't gonna stop anytime soon "Hakeem, you haven't said anything this whole time! Would you like us to get out so you can say some words to your brother before he goes into surgery?" Issa asked Hakeem and Hakeem nodded his head. Everybody walked out and Ej and Tyler walked over to him and kissed his forehead then walked out, closing the door behind them. Hakeem scooted his chair up to the side of the bed and held Mareon's hand "So look..." He sniffed "You gonna make it!! I know you are.. You too strong... Bruh you gotta get through this surgery you just have to.. Man, if you die, I die.. Nigga you are my half bruh you just can't leave me, you just can't" And then that's when Hakeem just broke down into tears "You gotta come back!! You gotta pull through this fam" He said, shaking his head "You just got to" He whispered to himself as he rested his head on the bed and silently cried to himself.. After five minutes, his little session was cut short by the doctor walking in "I'm sorry but you'll have to leave.. We're about to put Mareon into surgery" The doctor said, giving him a sympathetic look "oh okay" Hakeem nodded in understatement and stood up while wiping his tears then walked out into the hallway with the rest of the family, ready to leave. "Look, you gonna go to Issa and Latavia's house with Amari for the night!! Me and your father are going to stay here with Mareon" Ej explained to Hakeem as he fixed some of Hakeem's curls.. He stared at Hakeem and then poked out his bottom lip, shedding some tears at how sad his son looked. Ej pulled Hakeem into a hug, rubbing up and down his back as Hakeem busted out in tears once again "It's going to be fine baby.. Your brother will be okay, I promise" He whispered as he brought Hakeems head back up and wiped away his tears and kissed his forehead. Hakeem nodded and recollected himself "Okay you ready Hakeem?" Latavia asked as she stood up with Issa and Amari beside her and he nodded once again "Well I should be getting ready" YN sniffed.. She stood up and hugged Tyler and hugged Ej and kissed his cheek then hugged everyone. Everyone told her good luck then she was off. Then everyone else left "Bye momma and daddy" Hakeem hugged them one again "We'll see you tomorrow okay?" Tyler hugged him, and Hakeem nodded. Amari ran up and gave them a hug too, then pulled away, sniffling
