•Chapter 5•

Bella's POV
3 days later..

I looked besides me to see Matt sleeping peacefully on the floor. I frowned but shook him to wake him.

"Morning sleeping beauty." He smiled looking up at me.

"Morning Matt." I sighed.

I stayed in what I was wearing and so did he and we headed downstairs. He quickly slipped my hand in his.

When we made the bottom of the last step everyone was staring at us. When everyone I mean Nash, Hayes, Kayla, Gabby, Aaron, and Cam.

"Care to explain." Cam said pointing to our hands.

"I...uh...were.." I stuttered.

"We're not dating yet, I swear." Matt blurted out. Gabby and Kayla gave me the "talk to us later" look.

"Yet? What the hell is that suppose to mean." Cameron yelled.

I started shaking and then Nash split our hands up while Cam went up to Matt and punch him straight in the jaw.

"Matt!" I yelled.

Cam got on Matt and started punching his face over and over.

"CAM GET THE FUCK OFF HIM!!" I pulled Cam off him and brought Matt to the bathroom. I locked the door, grabbed a cloth and soaked it with water.

I dabbed Matt's beaten up face. He flinched. "I'm sorry Matt. I should've known Cam would do something like this."

"It's fine" He slightly smiled.

"Here, let me get to know alittle bit more about you." I smiled sitting in front of him.

Matt and I spent almost an hour talking about what we like, favorite food. I thought about if I should give him a chance. We just met a few days ago but it shouldn't matter. It's not like I'm marrying him.

I looked at his lips and kissed him softly and his eyes widened. I had no idea what I was doing. I placed my hands on cheeks and rubbed them.

"You should go get some rest" I sighed.

He nodded, smiled and exited the bathroom and into my room.

I walked downstairs and see Cam and Nash staring at me.

"What do you guys what to beat up now?" I rolled my eyes.

"Why are you dating him?" Nash said annoyed.

"Why do you care?" I said.

"He's going to cheat on you." Cam spoke.

"How do you possibly know? Did you date him or something?" I joked.

Nash laughed looking at Cam who didn't seem to find it funny.

"Sit down." Cam sighed rubbing his hands through his hair.

"When Matt and the guys and I went to Brent's house and stayed there the summer like 2 summers ago. He dated his sister, Lexi, for about 4 weeks? And cheated on her with-" He sighed.

"Hayes's girlfriend Ashley." Nash continued.

"What!" I nearly yelled. "You guys are fucked up for not telling Hayes." I mumbled.

"Let me finish. She found out and broke up with him and he got mad." He finished.

I sighed while Nash continued.

"We spended the last summer with Shawn and he hooked up with his sister Aaliyah and cheated on her with Ashley...again."

I felt tears burning from my eyes. Nash and Cam came and hugged me tight.

"It's your choice alright?" Cam sighed.

I nodded. Hayes came down and saw me crying. "Bella!" He yelled pulling me into his arms.

"Hey, Hayes." I sniffled.

"What's wrong." He frowned.

"It's nothing, I promise." I smiled. He wiped my tears with his thumb and pulled me into another hug.

"Promise me you'll always be there for me?" I said into his chest.

"Promise." He said hugging me tighter.
