I wish, dream, and LIFE.

This is a poem that'll make you wonder,

Or not, I'm not psychic. Or am I? No, I wish...

I wish.

I wish for plenty:

I wish for things,

I wish for food,

And most of all, I wish for:

Need.

Wants.

Dreams.

We all want, we all need, and we all dream.

Greed. We're all made of greed.

It doesn't matter,

We're all human beings.

But we always want what we can't have,

Reaching out with grabbing hands.

SCREAAM.

And wail. And cry. And tears.

We all cry, We all wail, We all have tears.

Emotions. We all have them.

Some push them away, and store them in a box.

Throw the keys and put on a lock.

We're told that emotion is bad,

That crying is dramatic,

And complaining is bratty.

And smiling is the only way to go,

Even if it's fake: You don't...

You don't cry or complain.

You don't yell you don't shake.

Shaking like a chihuahua in the corner,

You're scared.

You're scared of life, and life...

Because everything you could possibly fear is life.

Spiders and water is all apart of life.

Bugs and germs is all you will find.

In this game of life.

And with life comes the questions,

And with those questions comes the answers,

Answers that aren't always right,

But, wait, how do you know if they're right?

You don't.

You won't.

Or will you.

You might.

But that's life.

That's chance.

That's hurt.

That's happiness, that's pain.

And most important, don't forget:

You can't have a rainbow with out a little rain.
