Before concert
Niall's P.O.V
Right now I am in my dressing room getting ready for the concert. I bumped into Lindsey again the other day and we hung out all day. I know it's wrong and I don't want to hurt Sky. I don't want to hurt anybody. She knows that I'm dating someone so she is just a close friend. The problem is I kinda want more than that. I'm a jerk I know.
Anyway, we all go over the songs on the list. We do warm ups and such. Then when it's time we go out to sing. I see her with a little girl on her shoulders in the front.
Sky's P.O.V
They go on stage doing their thing. Savan dances a little to the music. I watch Liam. He looks focused on something. Or someone. I don't know but then he smiles. What's up with him? Who am I kidding he always smiles when he's performing. But his looks like he's actually smiling at something he has his eye on. Oh whatever. I dismiss the thought and watch them perform. I sit down after grabbing a water bottle. I go through my phone.
Wait! This isn't my phone. This is Niall's. I set his phone down. I'm not looking through his phone that's just stupid. I walk to Savan. "Hey where's my phone?"
"Probably in Niall's dressing room or in his pocket."
"You have got to be kidding me." I check the dressing room and find nothing. He has is in his pocket. I go through the pants he was just wearing and find my phone. I quickly but also quietly run out of the dressing room and go back to the couch.
As the concert goes on I notice that No all has a battle in his head. What is he thinking about? See this is when super powers like mind reading could come in handy. After the concert they have a meet and greet where you can meet and talk to them for a while.
Next a girl with red hair and green eyes comes with a little girl who is about 7 or 8 maybe. She hides behind the girl who looks older than me but younger than Niall. So about 20. She says something and greet the boys. Then her and No all look at each other like they are having a moment. They talk, take a picture then they hug which hurt but he's bee, hugging a lot of girls but the way they hug is different. Then they walk away.
What the hell was that about? Niall puts something in his pocket. He's hiding something. After the meet and greet we go back to the hotel tired. I go up too my room. I sit there on the bed really tired.
"You tired to? " I nod." We have like what two more months? Or less if our letters from the collage comes. "
"I know but what about Liam? What's that gonna be like? " she sighs." Well know how ever it goes both will get through it. " She nods.
"Best friends? " I smile. "Now and forever" we stand up and do our best friend handshake. We get ready for bed. We turn off the lights. Savan is out like a light. I stay up. My phone is vibrating. I take it and can't unlock it. Did me and Niall switch phones again. I unlock it with his password. It's a message from a girl named Lindsey. Who's Lindsey? I know it's like 9:00 at night but it's too later for texting anybody. I read the text.
'Hey! You guys did awesome tonight! I'll call you tomorrow and maybe we can hang out.'
What the hell? I was thinking about texting back but Niall would ask for his phone tomorrow morning. Then he'll see she texted and that I replied. I turn the phone off and set it down. Questions spin around in my head.
Who is this Lindsey girl? Are they friends or something more? Is he cheating on me? What am I going to do about Harry? Is there even something going on between me and Harry?
God I hate questions. They make you think. I can't seem to fall asleep. I get up and walk to Harry's door. I knock on it and he opens. He has no shirt on. I keep my eyes on his face.
"Skylar? What's wrong?" He ask worried. "I think Niall is cheating on me!" I blurt out. I wish I could take those words back as soon as I said them. "What? Look Sky you know Niall almost as good as I do and you know that he wouldn't do that to you alright?" I nod. "Good, no come here" He holds out his arms. I walk into them and he hugs me. I wish we could stay like this forever. NO! Don't think like that. Just because Niall might be cheating doesn't mean I have to do something like it.
We pull back. "Thanks"
"Anytime. Goodnight Sky" He kisses my head and I turn and walk away. I open my room door and close it. I walk to my bed. I finally fall asleep with no dreams.
