In the end Savannah told Liam while he was on stage which I find crazy but you know that's there thing. Months later they had a boy. Then 2 years later and a girl. Liam did quit the band to be with his family as did the rest. Savannah and Liam lived there life with some problem but they got through it together.
As for Skylar and Harry. Skylar is still performing. Harry went solo. Skylar went into acting and modeling. They ended up having a kid, a girl named Mary. Skylar's father did pass away after a couple of years of a hard war against cancer. So when she had a boy she named him after her father. His name is Joseph. They went through a lot of problems but ended up together in the end. She got her happily ever after.
As for the rest. Zayn was the first to leave 1D. He's been dating around. Louis is married to Y/N but doesn't have kids but they are expecting. Niall married Lindsey.
So in the end everyone basically had a You and I. That's alright with them.
