BRENDON

After Ryan left I'd put Emma onto the couch and set up the pushchair. When I was about to put Emma in the pushchair I heard the front door open and close.

I put Emma on my hip and cautiously walk into the hallway. I see a guy, he was quite chubby, his hair was straightened and brown.

"Hello?" I ask and he turns around and looks at me with his piercing blue eyes.

"Oh um, is Ryan here?" He asks and I shake my head.

"No, sorry, he's went to classes" I apologise and he raises his eyebrows.

"Who're you?" he asks and looks me up and down.

"Oh, I'm Brendon, Brendon Urie" I say and he nods.

"Spencer" He says but he's still unsure. "What're you doing here?" He asks and I gesture to the baby who was looking at Spencer intently.

"Babysitting" I say and he furrows his eyebrows.

"Who's baby is that?" He asks and I close my mouth.

"Ryan's" I say after a while and Spencer shakes his head.

"We're talking about the same guy here right? Tall, skinny, pretty?" He says and I nod.

"Ryan Ross" I say and he nods.

"Right. I best be off" he says and pulls out his phone and dials a number. He leaves the house and
I hear his voice from outside.

"Ross, there's a guy in your house saying that you have a daughter...WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DO?!"

I laugh and put Emma in the pushchair and she squeaks happily. I smile at her went behind her and grabbed the house keys and leave.

RYAN

I'm sat in Creative Literature tapping my fingers against the desk anxiously. I look at the clock and see it 3:30.

I haven't written anything down and every time my phone buzzes I grab it to see if it was Brendon, mostly it's just Gabe or Spencer texting me but panic still sets in my stomach every time I feel that buzz.

"Ryan Ross" I snap my head up to see who was talking to me and I see Mr Sykes staring down at me.

"Yes sir?" I ask and he takes a seat next to me as everyone starts working.

"What's been troubling you, you haven't written anything down and you love poetry"

"It's just..." I trail off debating whether to tell him or not. "I left my daughter with a guy I barely knew and I guess I'm just a little worried" I say and tense up and the thought of Mr Sykes' disapproval.

"I'm sorry, did you just say y-your daughter?" He asks and I nod, looking at the wooden table. "Oh.." He says and I sigh.

"Yeah" I say and he looks at me when I look up.

"How old is she?" He asks and I snap my head up.

"Well...I hooked up with Jac in November last year, and babies take like 9 months to be born, right? So that's...August? Yeah August and it's December so, 4 months? She's four months" I work out and Mr Sykes looks concerned for a moment.

"You didn't know?" He asks and I shake my head.

"Nope, I got her this morning" I say and he nods. He stands up and motions for me to do so and he walks me down the hall and into the counsellors office. He explains what's happened with me stood there confused.

She types something into her keyboard. "You have your own credit card, Mr Ross?" She asks and I nod and she types some more before smiling slightly. She picks up the phone and dials a number and Mr Sykes gestures for me to sit down.
