PRINCE of SORROW

Chapter 20

He can feel the heat of the creeping on his face. It makes him groan as he takes a peak with his eyes which makes him shut it again as his eyes can't stand the light. He squeezed his eyes shut and slowly opened it to adjust from the light.

He touched the side of his bed only to find it empty. When the realisation hit him. He should have not been lying here and sleeping like a bear when daughter is out there.

' Tae POV : God knows who and what kind of people took her. '

Tae sat abruptly and his eyes wandered around. He thought Jungkook was with him.

He stood up and went to grab a pair of shirts and sweatpants but then his phone chimes and he takes it. when his eyes landed on the message, he felt like his heart burst into two.

He got two messages saying that they have his daughter and that he needs to call this number instantly.

The other one said that he will meet them and he should not inform anyone nor bring anything with him if he wants to see his daughter.

He let out a deep sigh as he dial the phone number to call. A deep voice answered him and he even let Tae speak to his daughter who he can sense that she's not feeling good while with those strangers with her.

Tae told the caller he Will be coming and he will do what he told him to do.

Tae grabbed his car keys and went outside praying that no one could spot him leaving the palace on his own.

He plunge on the address they give him and he pray that everything will turn out good. The last thing on his own is to see his daughter getting hurt. He would rather choose to be hurt than her. She's everything to Tae and he can't stand it when she's hurting.

The ride from the destination only took one hour. He parked his car and he saw a guy waiting for him. He knows he looks suspicious but he don't care. He just want to see his daughter.

He guided Tae towards his car and he didn't even speak a word. Tae get inside then after thirty minutes they entered a forest-like vicinity.

At first that no one is living here but when the car went further inside he saw a small house on it, a nice one actually. You would have thought that with those movies, a kidnapped scenario where the kidnappers took the victim into a rundown , muggy and old house? Or a warehouse?

But this one is exceptional.

' Tae POV :  If i may think the kidnapper looks like he has good fortune. But one second I thought why does he need to kidnap my daughter? What's his intentions? '

As the guy that escorted Tae opened the door for him to enter. His heart jumped when he saw his daughter sitting, eating cookies and watching something on television. She turned her gaze to Tae and she smiled.

" Suhi : Papa! "

She stood and ran to Tae.

Tae caught her and gave her the biggest hug he ever gave her. He almost squeezed the life of her and she smiled at Tae when he finally let go of her.

" Tae : You ok? "

He asked her.

" Suhi : Hmmm....! "

She nodded at Tae.

" Tae : Sure? Did anyone hurt you? "

He asked her and her eyes wandered to his side. And Tae immediately followed her gaze and it landed on the guy sitting on the table.

When his brain finally realised the person sitting in front of him is none other than Park fucking Bogum. The guy that has been observing over him and he can't help his blood boil at the sight of him.
