Chapter 26

Rocky's POV

Today is the night of the dance and me and Ellie are going together; Luland, Rinessa and Raura are also going together. Me, Josh and Ty are cool so they don't mind me going out with their younger cuz. Which is great. We are all getting ready and I have gone with a pair of dark, blue jeans with a chain dangling over my right leg. A green checkered shirt and my favourite green converse.

Me an the guys are currently waiting for the girls to some down the stairs, we all understand that girls can take FOREVER to get ready. We are all really wearing the same apart from the tops and converse are our favourite colours.

We hear giggling and footsteps so that means that the girls re ready for the dance. Delly comes down first in a pink, checkered top and some light blue shorts. She has some pink converse on like the rest of us. What? We all love our converse. Laura comes down after Delly and she really has the same on appart from instead of pink, her top is (pick a colour. I don't mind) and she has yellow converse on. Vanessa comes down in a denim skirt and a blue best top, probably because Riker's favourite colour is blue. Ellie comes down next and I swear it all goes in slow motion. She has her hair down in the natural curls it is normally in; she is wearing a green vet top that goes just past her breast and she has a denim skirt on like Nessa. She has her green converse on and had her green guitar pick necklace that I gave her for her 12th birthday. She looks stunning. "Wow" I whisper. My mouth is hanging open and I think I'm drooling. Oh well.

Ellie's POV

When I make it to the bottom of the stairs I see that Rocky is staring at me like I am the only girl in the world. Awe. "Close your mouth you'll catch flies" I say laughing at his expression as I close his mouth with my index finger. He comes back to reality and smiles. I can't help but smile back. "Ready?" He asks as he holds out his arm to me. I smile and take it. "Yes"

Once we reach the dance I see that nearly everyone in town has got to be here. A band is playing at the back of the dance in a stage. Hundreds of people are dancing and I can't help myself but to tap my feet away at the music. "Hey!" Someone shouts from behind us. I turn around and see that it's our little cousin Anna. She has strawberry blond hair that is always in two plays at either side of her head. She is wearing a red dress that goes up to her ankles and some little boots. She looks adorable. "ELLIE!" She says as she hugs my legs. I smile and pick her up. She gives me and kiss in the cheek and turns to Rocky, giving him a questioning look. "Who are you?" She asks him, "Rocky" he says; smiling. Anna smile back and whispers in my ear that; and I quote. 'He's pretty'. I smile at her and place her down. She runs of to find Lucy, probably. "Ready to dance?" Rocky asks me. I nod as he leads me to the dance floor. We dance for ages until our feet hurt. By then it's an hour into the dance and still people are coming.

All of a sudden the music stops and a mike is slammed into the floor. We all looks at the stage and see the lead singer storming off it. "Sorry folks but Ellis has decided that he doesn't want to do the singing. Anyone care to volunteer?" The mike person asks. Rocky automatically stands up and drags me to the stage. "She will!!" He shouts as he places me on the stage. I turn and glare at him before getting up. "Very well" the man says and handle me the mike. Great. All eyes are on me. Ugh! 

An idea pops into my head and I start to discuss the song with the band. Once they all have the idea I stand back at the front and place the mike to my lips. "I'm gunna put a little hip hop into this hoedown" with that the band start to play. 1...2...3!

(Play music)

After the song I take a bow and run if the stage towards Rocky. He opens his arms out I front of him but I stop. His smile fades as he lowers his arms. "I'm still mad" I state and put on a mad face. He smirks and picks me up, throwing me over his shoulder. "Hey!!" I shout buts it no use.

Rocky takes me home and I to our bedroom that Lewis has agreed we can share. He sits me on the bed and stands back up bye goes into my bag and take out my medication. He goes down the day it's and comes back up moments later with a glass of water. He stands I front of me and gives me them. "Here". I give him a smile and take the medication. He gives me the other tablet I have to take and I take that one as well. "Feel better?" He says as he smile. I nod and lay back on the bad. Rocky leans into me so I'm beneath him. He places his hands either side of my head so he first squish me. "Rocky?" I ask but he just shushes me. "I live you" with that he........
