Insomnia - chapter 5

As me and Ashton walked to the field at the back of the dorm block we saw 3 boys and one girl sitting in a circle

Tessa was sitting on what I think is Sam and then there is 2 other guys

"Before we reach them, they like to make jokes and they know things so just ignore them" he warned

"Thing?" I asked

"Find out in good time" he breathed

Oh.

We reached the guys

"Hey guys" Ashton cheered and sat down, and I sat my myself next to him.

They were engulfed in conversation for about 10 minutes while I picked at the grass

"Hey so um you never said, what's your name?" The blonde said. Me?

"Becca. Bec for short. Rebecca doesn't work for for me" I smiled

"Sweet I'm Logan, that's Cameron" he said pointing to the one with deep blue eyes. "And I guess you know Sam and Tessa oh and ash" he smirked putting emphasis on Ashton

"You're quite right" I gave a toothy grin

As the hours went by we were just chatting and watching the view. Tessa and Sam were adorable. Kinda makes me think on whether I do want to break my rule on no boys. Wouldn't hurt?

"Are you okay?" Ashton whispered into my neck giving me chills

"Yeah I'm good" I smiled

He turned back to Logan who gave him a smug grin
I'll smack that smile right off of your face

"Hey tessa are you-
I cut myself off
She was in a heated make out session

"You will get used to it" Cameron chucked and you saw Sam quickly flip the guys off.
They seem pretty cool

"You cold?" Ashton asked

"No, I'm fine stop worrying about me!" I pleased
"That's what best friends do" he winked
Wow okay.

"I guess" i shrugged

Ashton quickly stood up like he'd been bitten in the butt.
"Becca I have came to the conclusion we have not hugged yet and that deeply saddens me so if you don't mind" he grabbed my hand pulling me up and into his arms

He had his arms around my waist and I was crushed into his chest
I didn't mind
Okay so now I stop shivering

"I told you, you were cold" he remarked

I laugh to myself
He smells so good. He's like a big cuddly teddy.
I like this, this is a good time.

We let go and Ashton turned around to the guys and said "we're off now, I'm going to take her back because unlike you guys, we care about the curfew on dorms" he chuckled

Logan grabbed my hand kissing where my knuckles are "until we meet again" he said dramatically
My eyes widened a bit
He engulfed me into a hug
"It's okay darlin', I'm gay" he smirked

I knew that.

"And you're awful to think I was attracted to you anyway" I smirk pulling away

"Don't sweat it, I have a boyfriend" he smiled
I just laughed. He was proud of his sexuality which you don't exactly get too often. It's kinda cute.

I quickly exchanged numbers with Tessa and off me and Ashton went linking arms. We got to Ashton's dorm first

"I'll see you tomorrow? Unless Mr popular is busy on his Saturday afternoon" I joked
