Chapter 5

I re picked up my bags.
" Did you want top bunk? Or bottom? " I asked trying to sound like everything is normal.

He paused the game and looked up at me.
He started looking up and down at me,
You look skinny so I guess you can get the top bunk.

That was weird that he said that...
" Uhh Thanks? "
So why are you here?
" Cause I have no place to stay and our car broke down "

Go back to your parents then..
" They're in Jail .. "
Well that sucks,
What a bitch!
" Yep "

How old are you? He asked curiously while standing up.
" According to your mom were the same age "
So are you staying with us for a while?
" Just a few days and your mom said we will see what happens from there "

Thank god, he rudely mumbled under his breath.
Well than..
I climbed onto the top bunk and set my bags down. I pulled out my pillow and started laying down.

That's it? He asked while sitting on the bottom bunk,
I got up and leaned over the edge so I could look down at him.
" What do you mean? "

I mean like that's it? As in your just gonna tell me one thing about yourself then sleep in my bed?
" Well what else do you want to know? "

I don't know, he said while shrugging his shoulders.
" I don't know what else to tell you "

Never mind just to to bed. He said annoyed.

I laid down on my pillow and slowly started closing my eyes into a deep sleep.

The sun was shining in my eyes.
I slowly opened them and sat up, I looked around me.

That Hayes kid wasn't in his bed anymore, and there was a big blanket on me.
Who put that there??

I moved the blanket to the other side of the bed and climbed down till my feet touched the floor.

I walked out and went down the hall so I could find the stairs. It was at the corner, I slowly walked down and started hearing familiar voices.

As I got down there I saw Taylor and Nash sitting at the table eating breakfast.
Nash's face lit up when he saw me.
Hey Tylin, are you hungry? He asked nicely.

" A little bit " I lied.
I was starving, I haven't eaten anything in a while.
He pulled out a plate from the cabinet and started filling it up with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and three sausages.

He handed it to me and sat back down.
" Thanks " I said while sitting next to Taylor.

Did you sleep good? Taylor asked me.
" Yeah I guess "
My moms at work right now and Hayes is at Football practice. We're gonna leave in a few minuets to pick up sky from daycare, Nash informed me.

" Who is sky? " I asked confused.
My little sister, you didn't get a chance to meet her last night cause she was sleeping.
" Oh okay "

Actually, you just woke up and stuff so you can stay here. We will go get her. Taylor said.
Why is he trying to get away from me?
" Uhhh Okay? "

They put there plates in the sink and started leaving. Nash quickly stopped and turned around to face me.
Do you need anything?
" No I'm okay, thanks though " I managed to smile.

He smiled back and walked out.
After finishing my food I put it on the side of the sink and walked back upstairs.

I climbed up the ladder and plopped onto my bunk. I threw the covers over my whole body and tried falling asleep again.

Hayes' P.O.V

" Thanks for the ride!! " I called out to my friend after he dropped me off.
Anytime!! He called back while driving away.

I'm so sweaty and tired.
I walked into the house and went straight up to my room.
Once I got in I closed the door and locked it cause I was gonna get dressed.

I threw off my football gear and tossed off my sweaty shirt.

Tylin's P.O.V

I started hearing noises so I moved the blanket around just enough to let me see out of it.
Hayes was In here! WITH NO SHIRT ON!
