Chapter 8

I started walking around the house to see if I can find him.

They have a lot of trees in the backyard, I started staring at them for a minuet till I noticed an old treehouse.

I quickly ran to it and started climbing to see if he was in there.
Once I got to the top I pushed the door up and I stuck my head through.

He was sitting in the corner, he looked at me with confusion.
How did you find me!? He snapped.
" I was looking for you outside still I noticed the treehouse. "

I climbed in and sat next to him, even though we were sitting close to each other I feel so far from him.

" Why are u up here? Nash and Taylor are looking for you "
I don't want to see Nash.

" I understand "
He shouldn't have brought Ashley up to me, he said sadly.
" Who's Ashley? "
He got quiet.
" I'm sorry I shouldn't have-"
It's okay, he interrupted.

She was a girl I used to date, but she wasn't just any girl.. She was like my life.
" Oh "
We dated for three straight years.
" That's a long time "
I know right, he chuckled.

But I don't know what happened, there was a new guy at my school and he was in some of her classes.
I guess they started talking as friends but you could tell they were getting closer and closer. I would ask about him to her but every time I did she would get mad at me.
I started feeling really distant from her even though we were together every day, you can tell she was hiding something.

" So what happened "
I went to her house one day to give her back a textbook she left at my house, but when I walked in I found her and him.. Doing ' you know what. '

My eyes widened.
" Are you serious ?? "
I swear to god. She started screaming at me to leave. I ran out as fast as I could and I ran home.
" I'm so sorry "

It's okay, but since then Nash would tell me I'm ' not the same ' or some shit like that.
" Well are you? "

" The same "
He shrugged his shoulders.

Everyone changes.
" That's true "
He put his head down in silence,
" If you need anyone to talk to about anything, I'm here. "

" Have you ever talked to her again? "
Yeah she texted me.
" What did she say "
Someone's snoopy, he chucked.
" I'm sorry ! You got me so curious now " I laughed.

She just wanted to tell me she was sorry.
" Awe well that was nice "
Then she started telling me her and that guy are dating now.
" Well that changed quickly "

He started laughing a little.
" How did you Handle it "
I told her I never wanted to talk to her again.
" Well that's a good idea "

" I'm sorry to interrupt but can you do me a favor? "
Sure?
" Can you call Nash and tell him your okay before he has a panic attack? "
Haha okay, he said while pulling out his phone.

I was day dreaming while he was talking with Nash.
Okay, bye. He said while hanging up.
" Is he coming back? "
Yeah they're on their way now.

I nodded my head.
He broke the silence.
I have a question, he said while turning to face me.
" Yeah ? "
Do you want to ditch the party tonight?
" Sure, but where do you want to go? "

We can tell Nash and Taylor that we are going to the party but we can go wherever we want, He said.
I've never hid anything from Taylor before, he has been the closest thing to me for a while since my parents haven't been around.

" Okay, but I have an idea " I said happily.

" I think it's a little too over the edge for you " I smirked.

Nothing is too over the edge for me! He said excitedly.
" Do you still hate Ashley? "
Yes, duh.
" Then let's go T.P her house tonight "

To top it off lets throw condoms too, he laughed.
" OH MY GOD YES ! " I said while laughing.

We both couldn't breath, his face was red.

Hayes' P.O.V
Her face was red and she was covering her mouth while laughing, she's so cute.

" Let's go inside, we have to see if Sky's okay." I said.
Her eyes widened.
Oh my god I forgot about her!! She quickly said.

I started chuckling.
Why are you laughing!? She asked.
" All she does is watch TV and play with her toys, she doesn't touch anything else. "

" Positive " I said while getting up and climbing down.
She was following.

We got back in the house, I walked into the family room and saw Sky sitting there watching my little pony.
She didn't even hear us come in, her eyes are glued to the screen.

The door swung opened.
