Alesha:
"Oh my god...." I was about to run, but then Casta starts laughing. "Awesome!!" She cheers. A smile appears on my face. "Strong girl. I'll call you Fighter." I decide.
*a few minutes later*
"Well well well. If it isn't the new kids." The boy from earlier smirks. "Dun, dun dunn!" I roll my eyes, putting my ball in my bag.
"You think you're so cool, but in reality; you fake it for attention." 'Philips' smirks, high fiving his friends thinking he would make me cry. "Yeah, technically." I shrug, positioning my satchel more comfortably. He frowns. "Toodle-oo!" I wiggles my fingers, walking off.*Art*
"Okay! Today we will be drawing celebrities!" Mrs. Kingston announces. I sat at the back, not daydreaming. I love drawing.
I decide to draw Marilyn Monroe.
My hand moves without hesitation.Benny:
I look over at Alesha. Her eyebrows were furrowed in concentration, as she changed pencils. My paper was blank.
I wasnt really good at anything but Baseball, and the only thing I cared about was baseball.
Until now. Ham drew a stick figure.
I clap for you, Ham.I look at Alesha's picture, and gape. Holy cheese burgers. Her drawing was of Marilyn Monroe.
She doesn't colour it, but it looked so real. "Uh, Miss? I'm... I'm finished." She calls out awkwardly. "Oh, um..." Mrs. Kingston places her pencil down and walks over. Then she stops dead. "Its.... it's beautiful! A++!" She cries out, delicately holding up the picture.I bite my lip, staring at my blank paper. "Thank you, Miss." Alesha smiles. "You may do whatever you like."
Alesha looks around, everyone was drawing. Then she looks at me. Slowly, she stands and walks over. "What's up?" She asks, gesturing to my paper. "I, uh.... I'm not really good at this stuff." I confess, throwing pencil down. "No, no no." She tuts, picking up my pencil again. She places it in my hand.
"Who are you drawing?""Um, Gregory Peck?" I shrug. She nods. She stands behind me, taking my hand. I feel my cheeks warm up, as she draws it for me.
And.. bam. Gregory Peck.
I look at her. "Thanks. I never get anything done." I chuckle. She takes her hand away, and I get a weird feeling as though her touch was warmth. "You're welcome." She smiles, sitting down again.*music*
I leave my friends, heading over to music. They all had Humanities, which sucks for them. I notice Alesha talking with a girl with fluffy brown hair, freckles and blue eyes. I recognize her as Adelina Jojen, a basketball player. She and Alesha got along well. I sat by myself, not listening to Miss. Creeks as she explains forte and piano.
I stare at the girl. I couldn't get over her beauty. Her hazel green eyes, blonde hair, fair skin...
"Benjamin!" Miss. Creeks snaps. "Yeah?" I look up. "Oh, Benjamin. Please pay attention. You're better than this." She sighs. Snickers go tgrough the class. Alesha looks at me in pity, mouthing 'I'll help you.'
I smile, and I felt relief wash over me.
Thank you, you fallen angel.____________________
