*Chapter 2*

* Brenden's POV

3:00 A.M. Same day

I couldn't believe how she really stood up to me knowing that i will hit her because she is always trying to get smart but this time i could tell that she wasn't getting smart. Her eyes were very watery and she looked very concerned but upset and i could tell that she was feeling hurt.

I looked away and then turned back to see her crying. I felt really bad about what i did and i know she's hurt enough from the things i dp already and when i tell her what i did i know that will hurt her even more. So we just sat there in a awkward silence until she finally spoke.

Kayla: A-Are you g-going to tell m-me or n-not. She said crying and stuttering, looking very concerned and upset at the same time.

I hesitated then finally spoke.

Brenden: When i was over her house we were just talking and looking at each other and one thing led to another and now I'm finding out that she is pregnant!!

I said it really fast hoping she didn't hear a thing i said but i guess she did because the tears were coming non-stop and heavy and i didn't know what to do.

Kayla's POV

How could he do this to me. I've been putting up with his mess for 3 years and now he gies out and cheats on me and gets her knocked up!!

I didn't know what to do next. Should i leave?? Should i stay and talk?? Should i kill him?? Should i just take a stand and break up with him and never talk to him again?? I'm very lost right now.

I just ran upstairs really fast and got my keys to my house since I'm not old enough for my license, my phone, and a jacket and some clothes and left before i did anything wrong.

Brenden: Wait....Kayla where are you going?? He said very sad and concerned

Kayla: Away from you!! I yelled still crying

I walked all the way to my friend Niyla's house that was 2 blocks away, but i texted her on the way to let her know i was coming.

When i got there she was standing at the door with her arms wide open for me to hug her and we sat om the couch and i told her everything that happened.

Niyla: So are you ok?

Kayla: I guess.

Niyla: So what are you gonna do about it?

Kayla: There is nothing i can do because if i fight her it will just cause more problems and plus it is his fault because he went over her house instead of us just having a talk about what happened.

Niyla: True

Kayla: Do you mind if i just stay here for a while?

Niyla: Sure, you know my parents love you and they won't mind and plus thier always gone so it doesn't even matter.

Kayla: Yea same as mine but ok thanks.

Niyla: You're welcome

We talked for about another hour about nothing really but then fell alseep because of school tommorow. It was good to know that someone is always there for you!!
