"good morning cole" i said as i was greeted with cole in nothing but sweat pants as he walked down the stairs just waking up. i looked down his body admiring his beauty. the scar from where he got shot left a forever mark on his arm and side. along with a big scar trailing from his cheek bone to the bridge of his nose.  his now red streaked hair messy as he rubbed his eye with the back of his hand.

"good morning lauren" he walked over and kissed me.

as soon as we got to playa del carmen, we instantly changed our identities. colby brock is now cole roman. and i am lauren roman. i also cut off any communication with mark. just completely ghosted him. he was never worth my time anyways.

we had a small wedding in our backyard with only the girls and sam, jake, and corey. each of us living side by side on the same road.

i turned the stove off after preparing dinner and he sat me on the counter moving himself between my legs.

his arms sneak under my shirt holding my back as my arms rest on his shoulders. he gave me a warm kiss before the door opened.

i flinched and hold colby. "good morning guys- oh shit am i interrupting sex" kat said as she covered her eyes.

my shoulders relaxed. "no you're not. come on in i just finished cooking" i said getting off the counter.

"lauren lauren!" a little girl in a pink flower dress came running in and hugging my legs.

chelsea was stephen and kaitlyns 3 year old daughter. they also decided to change their names for safety measures. cole picked her up spinning her around the kitchen.

"where's stephen huh. where's your dad" he said walking outside to walk over to their house.

"have you told him yet" kaitlyn giggled. "no not yet. i'm scared that it's gonna freak him out" i explained.

kaitlyn glared at me. "lauren he's head over heels for you. literally. stephen already talked to him if he wanted kids and he said that as long as it's with you he would have 100" she said resting on the counter beside me.

"yeah yeah i know i'm just nervous" i said rubbing my arm.

i just found out i'm pregnant with our first child.

stephen walks in behind cole and chelsea. "hey cole lauren has something to tell you" kaitlyn said walking over to stephen.

"what's up darling" he said putting chelsea down.

i look over to stephen and kaitlyn and they give me a nod to reassure me.

"i'm pregnant" i said nearly choking on my words.

his eyes widened. a smile plastered on his face. "are you joking" he sighed out. i nod hopeing this is a good reaction.

he instantly ran over to me and picked me up connecting our lips. "this is so fucking amazing oh my god"

"HEY! little ears" stephen said covering chelsea's ears.

"oh right sorry" he whispered.

"oh my god we're gonna have a baby lauren" he said putting his hand on my stomach. my heart fluttered at his happiness of me carrying his child.

"congratulations you guys" kaitlyn said hugging the both of us. stephen hugged us after.

"how far along are you" he asked. "i think 8-10 weeks" i said.

he hugged me again giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"you're gonna be a great mom" he smiled. my heart is about to explode out of my chest in a good way.

"okay who's hungry" i said. stephen and chelsea instantly synchronized their "meee".

kaitlyn and i prepare their plates as the three of them sit at the table.

"i told you so" kaitlyn said nudging me.

-9 months later-

i'm finally home with our healthy baby girl, rosalyn. named after my mother.

my heart has never been so full. with all the shit i've grown up with especially before these almost 4 years, im kind of glad they happened because then i wouldn't have gotten why i have now. if you were to ask me what i would change anything in the past, i would tell you nothing. because the butterfly effect means that any smallest change could change the course of all the next occurring events.

i know live in a beautiful home with my beautiful daughter and amazing husband.
