Oh Gods (Part 3)

Percy's P.O.V.

I walked into the Hades cabin thinking that's the first place Nico would take my baby sister. Okay, maybe she's not a baby but she is to me alright? Anyway, as soon as I entered the cabin I froze. There in front of my eyes was a furious Nico, a sad looking Poseidon, a calm Hades with an amused face (Nico was yelling at him), and the worst, a bawling, red eyed, curled up ball of (y/n). I ran to her and kneeled by her side. I hugged her and she grabbed on to me like her life depended on it. She cried into my shoulder and I could feel my heart shatter into a million little pieces. "Hey. It's ok. Everything is fine." She looked at me with puffy eyes. That's when I heard my heart break again, only this time it broke into a billion pieces. "No it's not. Nothing is. Thanks to father and Hades." She gave them such a look of hatred I thought she might kill them just by looking at them. They visibly squirmed as she didn't take her gaze off of them. Nico cracked a smile at (y/n) and a smirk at the two gods. Then a thought popped into my head. I felt stupid for not asking as soon as I had arrived. I guess I really am a Seaweed Brain. "Ummm....Nico? Seeing as (y/n) is crying and killing our dads with her sight, could you please explain to me what exactly happened before I got here?"
"It's better if I show you." Was all that he said. He tried to get close to my little sister and a shield made of water encased her. Just as that happened, an army of skeleton warriors surrounded Nico. That's when I understood. They couldn't get near each other. One of (y/n)'s worst fears was being without Nico. She couldn't be without him close to her. She needed him. I was so angry I heard the sink burst. I couldn't help it, I was so mad I couldn't control my powers. Seeing my younger sister on the ground crying didn't really help. I heard the toilet burst and water started seeping into the room through the crack under the door of the bathroom. "Perseus be-"
"Be what?! And by the way, it's Percy. I can't believe how childish you two are being! Can't you see they're happy?! Keep your silly little arguments out of their lives. Being a demigod is enough for them. ESPECIALLY being a child of the big three. Stop and think about them. My sister is on the ground crying and you don't care! What kind of a father are you?!" The look on my father's face was filled with so much sadness, I almost felt bad. Almost. The God of the seas waved his hand and the dome encasing my little sister disappeared. He looked at Hades expectedly. He sighed and did the same, causing the skeletons to go back beneath the ground. As soon as that happened, Nico rushed like a bullet towards (y/n). He lifted her onto the bed and cradled her just as he had at breakfast. Only this time my sibling's face was buried in the crook of his neck. He looked back up at us. "Ummm....could you give us some privacy?" I saw that coming. I led the gods out and closed the cabin door behind me. "Thank you....Percy," my father said, "we have been selfish. I can see that those two love each other very much. I shall let her be. Are we in agreement brother?" He looked at Hades. "Yes. Might as well. We shall discuss this further on Olympus." With that, there was a blinding light and I turned away. The gods were gone, finally. I suspected that (y/n) and Nico would want some time alone so I went to see Annabeth. I sure have a lot to tell her.

Nico's P.O.V.

When the warriors went back underground I knew I could be with (y/n). I ran to her and scooped her up and onto my lap as I sat on my bed. I began to rock her back and forth a bit to ease her crying as she buried her face into the crook of my neck. That's when I felt three pairs of eyes on us. I forgot that they were still here but when I'm with (y/n), I don't notice anything else but her. "Ummm....could you give us some privacy?" They all shifted towards the door and Percy shut it behind him. As soon as the door closed, (y/n) raised her head and her lips connected with mine. I smiled and kissed back. I loved these moments, where it was just me and her. It was times like these that made me feel like I could take on anything as long as I had her by my side. I felt invincible with her. When she's gone I feel like I have no purpose in life. As we parted, I heard her soft, angelic voice. "Sing to me?" she asked. I blushed. She loved it when I sang her that lullaby. I grinned, something I don't do with anyone but her. She's changed me in a way that nobody else could ever try. "Anything for you," I said as I began to sing. (The song is above and yes that song again). When I was done singing the song I looked down at my sleeping princess and thought about how lucky I was to be with her. I layed her down on the bed and laid next to her. I wrapped my arms around her waist and felt her body move closer to mine. I lifted the blanket and raised it up to her chin. She looked amazing as she slept with that smile on her face. As long as she is happy, I am too. If she's sad, then I make it my mission to bring back her dazzling smile. As I held her I thanked Aphrodite for being so good to me. She must have heard me cause the blanket turned pink. But I didn't care because I had the most beautiful, intelligent, sweet, and basically the best girl in the world right next to me. I leaned over and kissed her forhead as sleep started to consume me. The last thought I had before falling asleep was that I would never let anything stand between (y/n) and I. Not over my dead body.
