Not what happened

(Y/n) P.O.V.

"Nico please don't do this," I said with tears in my eyes. I could feel my heart shattering as I begged for him to stay with me. "I'm sorry (Y/n), but I trusted you. And you just betrayed my heart! The heart that you stole and broke even more than it already was. I gave you anything and everything I could! Then all of a sudden this new guy comes and rips you away from me! And you let it happen! You just looked at him with your little dough eyes and that smile that I so stupidly fell for. I said it before and I'll say it again, I should have never trusted an offspring of Poseidon. All they do is break hearts. I thought you were different but of course I'm wrong yet again." He stopped talking for a second and looked up at the sky with silent tears rolling down his cheeks. "What do you want Aphrodite! Is my suffering so amusing to you!" With that, he crumpled to the floor, sobs escaping from his soft lips. I attempted to stand again. I am victorious! (P!ATD anyone?) I thought as I could now walk, took long enough. I stumbled towards him and sat beside him. As I wrapped my around him in an attempt to soothe him he pushed me away and quickly stood up, looking into my eyes and glaring, yet I could also see his sadness. "Never again, don't touch me. I don't want anything to do with you. I should have never trusted anyone but myself. Never again." He opened his cabin door, looked at me one last time, and turned to walk into his cabin, slamming the door behind him. A crowd had begun to form as I just cried on the ground. I could feel their eyes on me, but I didn't care. Nothing mattered anymore. Nothing. I felt arms wrap around my broken frame and looked up to see a pair of sea green eyes full of sadness and concern. I turned and hugged him as he picked me up off the dirt I was sitting on. I snuggled my head into the crook of his neck and cried. He smelled like the ocean, (apparently we both did) a comforting smell. I felt like a child as he carried me to our cabin but again, I didn't care. The pain in my heart overpowered every other feeling so all I felt was misery. Percy opened the door, walked in with me still in his arms, and locked the door behind him. He gently placed me on my bed and sat down beside me, wrapping his arm around me in a brotherly manner while I just kept crying into his shirt. Eventually, after about 30 minutes to an hour, my crying was reduced to sniffles and hiccups. Percy turned to face me and gave me such a kind smile, I couldn't help but smile back. I tackled him in a hug. "Thank you, you're always there for me."
"No problem little sis. Sorry for making you end up in the infirmary, I guess I really am a Seaweed Brain." I giggled at his comment. He always knew how to make me feel better. "It's fine it's not like you wanted me to die....right?" He laughed and began to speak. "Of not, what would I do without my baby sister? Anyway, what happened out there? I came out of the arena after practice and I see a crowd around my itty bitty sibling." He ruffled my hair as I laughed but got serious right after. I explained everything to him. From the waking up in the infirmary without Nico to what he said before storming off into his cabin. I left out the part about me almost falling to my death. If he knew he would most likely run to the Hades cabin right now, sword in hand, ready to decapitate a certain child of the underworld. He was quiet the whole time, listening to every detail and nodding his head every once in a while as a sign to tell me to continue the story. After I finished telling him the events that had unfolded a while before, I burst into tears again. He, again, hugged me and whispered that he believed me and that what happened wasn't my fault. He also said that Nico would come around, he loves me. Suddenly there was a knock on the door. I wiped my tears and opened the door, my big brother right behind me, 'just in case' was his explanation. I simply shrugged and turned to see who it was. There, standing at the doorway, was Tyler. He had changed so he was no longer covered in dirt and was now sporting a camp t-shirt and jeans. "Hey," he said, "can I speak to you, alone." He looked up at Percy who was glaring down at him. Since Percy was taller, he easily intimidated Tyler who quickly dropped his gaze to the floor. "Sure, Percy wait here. I'll be back in a few."
"No."
"Per-"
"I said no."
"Well I said yes so bye!" I slammed the door in his face and summoned water to form a temporary shield. I told Tyler to follow me and we walked into the woods. After walking for what felt like hours but was probably only 5 minutes, we found a nice little clearing and decided to sit down. "So what did you want to talk about?" I asked. I could tell he was uncomfortable from the way he looked at everything but me. Oook. "Are you alright? You look shaken up or something."
"Oh no I'm fine it's just, I needed to say sorry. I feel guilty for making your boyfriend get mad at you." I gave a laugh, but it came out sounding bitter. "It's fine, he kind of....isn't really.... exactly....my boyfriend anymore....per say." He looked shocked for a minute. I sighed. "He broke up with you?"
"Yeah.."
Cue the awkward silence.
"Are you going to be ok?"
"I hope so."
He looked at me with a very serious face, one that I hadn't seen before. That isn't saying much since I've only known for a little bit, but still.
"Ok now I really have to talk to you."
"Um about what exactly?"
"Maybe it's better if I show you."
"Show me wha-mmph!"
I was interrupted by his lips connecting to mine.
