The Crowning

I coudnt sleep last night, damon was all i thought about. I finally slept around 3 am having the weirdest dream.

I woke up to the sound of two girls screaming. i got out of the sheets and put on my sweatpants i took of last night. i put my hair in a messy bun and open the door to finding to girls pulling hairs.

"omg katlin thank god you woke up help us break them" anni says running to me .

"nah its funny" i say laughing encourging them to fight

"fight fight fight" i say clapping my hands. i go to the bathroom that was apparently free since everyone was occupied with the fight. i took a shower and wore a slip up dress since today was the crowing and i had to make a impression. it was all part of the plan.

I headed to the kithen that had wood floors and light brown cabinets and a gray fridge that was huge. i took some cereal and ate. after i was done i threw the plastic bowl in the garbage and went to my room.

I started with blow drieing my hair than curling it and did a fresh natural make up. i went to the small closet and picked a coral dress that had a slit in the back. i put it on and i felt unstoppable. it hugged me till my knees than it went out. i put my hair up and did a little braid to have the boho feel. i opened the door and felt like i entered a ball . everyone was dressed up and ready to go. i checked the clock hanging on the main door. 9:30.

"katlin wow you look amazing" anni says twirling to show me her mint green dress that did the whole coming out on the knee thing. she paired with daimand earings.

"thanks you two " i say giving her a smile i meant

"so we cool" she says with a sparkle in her eyes that i loved.

"dont blame me for your lose then" i say

"you crack me up" anni starts to laugh "lets go " she says pulling.

when we went down stairs we took like a twenty turns before we reached a huge door with turkish desin it was beautiful. we lined up as ordered.

I was behind anni as she walked i was like the 6th in line then it hit me. it smelled like baked fresh cookies.

"they serving cookies" i whisper in her ear.

"no i would of smelt it" she says sniffing the air.

omg it was my mate. omg he is here. so embarrasin he will see me that i was selected. what will i do omg . i have to leave before i shake hands with the king. i coudnt let him see me he will ruin the progress i made. i looked at the back and everyone entered which means i can leave. it was either i left now before he sees me or he wont let me continue.

And tge stranget thing happened the future king . what was his name again oh yea damon he was walking up to us.
everyone was staring at his next move. they were scared. was he going to feed. i felt if so i ran.

" Hey stop right now" he says in his command voice that sent shiver through my spins. i turned around and he was infront of me. he was my mate. but like other mates he didnt say i was his mate . but rather looked like he wanted to kill me. to feed on my blood. was i his real sacrifice.

"stop dont come near me you feed to much please dont" i say so nervous going to cry any second.

"shit your my sacrife" he says with his eyes turnig blood red. he was going to litterellay kill me.

a real sacrife was a wearwolve that kings take on their day of intitlement that protects them and gives them power and means that they wont need to feed ever again.

everyone was looking at me. this never happened a selected to be a sacrife for their new future king. but what we only knew was that we were mates which meant it was impossobile. i had control over him.

the next thing i knew i slapped him across the face leaving a ecoing sound.
i was so getting elemenated.

"umm wake up" i say so scared now that he can attack any second and he did right on my neck. which couldve let to my death but didnt. which led to every one gasping. his bite didnt kill me.

"DAMON OFF " a woman in her early forties approached. when she say my neck and blood ruching out of me she coudnt understand how i could possibly be alive.

the bite closed and i wiped the blood with a tissue. i wasnt scared anymore.

"how " she finnally spoke as everyone kept looking and they were terrified and kept whispering and gasping

"if your done theb do me a favor give me the opal in the pack safe. and i will go and also lets meet at the court of law on monday" i say about to leave. i didnt feel pain but my heart hurt.

"no i will elimnate you when ever i want" he says and going back to sit in his big chair.

damons point of view

i coudnt believe the girl i met yesterday was my mate but also my sacrife i coudnt control my wolf which lead me to bite her infront of everyone. i thought i killed her but she didnt scream or nothing but rather asking for my generations opal.

"i will eleminate you when ever i want". i say and leave to my chair.

my mom tells everyone how sorry she is and everythig will go back to order. everyone listened but all were scared. one of my selected was my sacrifice thy didnt die. i was only thinking of my mate. she was beautiful. all the selected sat down on their assigned chairs. my mom explained the rules to eveyone . i kept looking at her i think she said her name was katlin. she kept touching her neck . while all the girls asked if she was okay and from my wearwolf hearing she said that he didnt take all my blood which is why she survived. everything webt back to normal. i got crowned king and they all bowed to me. i wasnt that scary damn.

"thanks and for once and all i apologize i coudnt control my wolf its royal thing" they all nod in unison.

"for my crownship an also to the selected i will have a welcoming ball eveyone who has there daughters in the selection is invited you are able to i nvite one close friend that all your dissmissed" i say

When eveyone left i stayed put
my mon came to sit next to me while my dad went to bed.
"i told you tame yourself you scared the poor girl" my mom says sighing.
"she is my sacrfice you did it to" i say

"i did it in private you did it ibfront te world" my mom says taking a pause before continuing " why didnt you kill her rather than only taking some"

"i dont know she woudnt let me " i say giving her half the truth

"then i will be excussed" she says and gives a little bow.
