The people scattered and I moved to be as far away from Pansy as possible at an attempt to control my emotions.
"Can someone explain to me what the meaning of this is? You haven't even been back for more than ten hours and you're already throwing people against walls, Marilyn." McGonagall said angrily as she held her arms out at her sides to keep Pansy and I as far away from each other as possible.
"It's all her fault!" I shouted as I pointed at Pansy, "I was on my way back to my common room with Ron and Sierra and she picked a fight. I guess she forgot about the last time I kicked her ass, I wasn't even a Veela then. I could beat that dirty little Slytherin slag into next month if I wanted to."
"Ms. Bradford, watch your language. I can't believe that you two still have this petty rivalry that managed to emerge between the two of you since the first day of your first year here. Both of you have detention with me for the next week, and until both of you learn to settle your differences, you will not be allowed to attend Hogsmeade or any other social gatherings including Quidditch."
"But, Professor McGonagall-" Pansy began.
"No, I don't want to hear any protesting from either one of you. Go to your common rooms right now!" she said angrily.
I stalked angrily towards the Gryffindor common room and made my way to the room Ron and I shared. Ron was sitting on the couch with a book in front of him and I sighed as I plopped myself down on one of the arm chairs after taking off my torn blue and black Ravenclaw robes and throwing them to the floor beside me, unbuttoning my white blouse shortly after and letting Ron see the silky green camisole I had underneath it.
"What happened?" Ron asked sweetly as he watched me angrily claw holes into the arm of the chair with the long and jagged nails that had still not retracted after my transformation.
"Parkinson was being a stupid, stubborn little slag. I don't think I should talk about it." I said as I sighed and ran a hand through my thick, long black hair.
"It's alright love. Go get ready for bed, it's only past eight but I know you are most likely tired."
"Where's Sierra?" I asked as I looked around the room to see she was nowhere to be found, an odd occurrence considering she was almost always found in whatever room her father was in.
"Hermione was reading her a book not too long ago about some sort of spoiled green eggs and ham; she knocked out towards the end of it." he explained.
I nodded my head and stood up, shedding my body of the white blouse and leaning over to straddle Ron's waist.
"Are you coming to bed with me, or are you going to leave me all alone?" I asked seductively, choosing against using my full Veela glamour against him despite my better knowledge.
"Sierra is right next to our bedroom. We can't have sex." he said while I placed slow kisses along his jawline.
"Wait," I began as I moved my lips away from him to the point that my curvy body was hovering over his muscular one, "You're trying to tell me that until we go on break, we're not having sex?"
"Sorry, Marilyn." he said sheepishly.
I nodded my head and walked over to the bathroom to take a shower that was over in mere minutes. I walked into the bedroom to see Ron already asleep in bed, his arms wrapped around a pillow. I smiled and pulled my hair up into a high ponytail before crawling into bed and taking the spot of the pillow as I allowed the sleep to take over. The world around me faded to black as my eyes closed.
After what seemed like seconds, Ron's hands were shaking me awake.
"Ron," I grumbled, "let me sleep in. I'm exhausted."
"I did let you sleep in, we have an hour to eat breakfast, drop Sierra off at Madam Pomfrey and walk to our first class." Ron said.
I groaned but pulled myself out of bed anyway before pulling my uniform on after I took a quick shower to wake me up. I used my wand to fix my hair and makeup using a simple glamour charm that Molly had taught me months ago.
"Momma!" I heard from below me as I felt small hands tug at the end of the short skirt I was wearing.
I easily picked Sierra up and placed her on top of the dresser in the bedroom that Ron and I shared so I could look into her big eyes.
"What's wrong my love?" I asked after placing a good morning kiss on her cheek.
"I wan' a new clothes again." she said, gesturing to my clothes.
I used my wand to conjure her up an outfit much like I had the day before and I placed auburn hair in pig tails, placing her back down on the floor once I was done.
"Are you ready to go?" Ron asked as I followed Sierra into the living area of our room.
"Yeah, we only have about half an hour left before we have our first class." I said, rushing a bit to place all my books in the bag.
"Actually, I lied," Ron began, making me stop what I was doing and look at him with wide eyes, "We have about an hour and a half left."
"Why would you deny me my sleep?" I asked with a whine as Ron took the books I was previously struggling with easily into his arms.
"I had already been awake for so long because of Sierra, I was bored." Ron asked with a whine that rivaled Sierra's.
I shook my head with a small smile and picked Sierra up into my arms, walking over to Ron a moment later and tip-toeing up closer to him to place a kiss on his lips.
"So, you're not mad at me for denying you your sleep," Ron began in a tone that made me think he had more to add to that sentence, "or for denying you sex last night."
I looked up at him, glaring slightly.
"Please don't mention it." I said.
Ron chuckled but nodded his head anyway and we made our way out of the room and towards the Great Hall. Sierra leaned her head into the crook of my neck and one of her small hands toyed with my thick hair.
"Hungry." Sierra mumbled simply, making Ron and I chuckled as Ron opened the door to the Great Hall and allowing Sierra and I to step through the doorway before him.
"I know, baby." I said to her, walking towards the Gryffindor table with Ron next to me as I shifted Sierra on my hip slightly.
I sat down and Ron pulled Sierra into his lap without a word as I went to work with filling a small plate for you.
"You two look like you've already been married for eighty six years." Seamus observed as he approached the table with Dean, Luna, and Ginny behind him.
"Well, having a baby with someone kind of makes you mature a little faster than you would have." I said, more serious than joking but still managing to earn a laugh from the group around me.
I passed the small plate of oatmeal and blueberries towards Ron, knowing he would understand my actions and feed her promptly.
"You guys have an unspoken connection, I'm kind of jealous about it. I wish I had what you two have." Ginny said in a dreamy voice.
"What, a daughter?" I asked in a sarcastic tone, "That's the only reason why I can deal with him still."
"Hey, you know you love me." Ron whined as Sierra picked up a blueberry and shoved it towards his mouth in an attempt to feed him.
I chuckled and shrugged my shoulders.
"I don't know, I think a different girl already has your heart." I said, looking at Sierra and him playfully.
"Yeah, she's ten months old with red hair and calls you mom." Ron said with his thick English accent that I have always been jealous of coating his words.
"Momma!" Sierra corrected, making the entire table laugh and awe at her words.
"Yeah, Ron, I'm momma. I don't know who you're talking about." I said with a scoff.
I took of the last bite of the piece of toast I had in my hand before taking Sierra from Ron's lap and placing her in mine so that Ron could dig in to his food.
"Miss Bradford," I heard someone begin from behind me. I turned to see McGonagall standing with a piece of paper in her hand, "Professor Dumbledore has asked me to give you your schedule." she said before passing me the paper and walking away a moment later.
I looked it over with a groan.
"What's wrong?" Hermione asked me as she sat down beside me with her hair in a high ponytail.
"I just got my schedule." I said, passing the paper over to Hermione and watching her eyes widen slightly.
"What's wrong with it?" Ron asked, shoving a piece of bacon into his mouth.
"I've got nothing but classes with Slytherins and other Ravenclaws. The only class I have with Gryffindor is Astronomy." I said with a whine.
"It's really your entire fault for being so bloody smart. Nobody told you to be in Ravenclaw." Ron said playfully, placing a kiss on my lips in a successful attempt at silencing my whine.
"Nobody told you to just not be insanely smart and be sorted into Ravenclaw like me." I said in the same tone.
"I'm pretty sure the only reason you're in Ravenclaw is because they think you're creative and curious." Harry pointed out.
"You're all just jealous." I joked.
"What are we jealous of exactly?" Ron asked me as he took a sip of pumpkin juice.
"You're jealous that I have a beautiful baby girl, right Sierra?" I asked, dragging Sierra along with me.
"Right!" Sierra muttered through a mouthful of blueberries.
"You do realize she's my daughter too, right?" Ron said, looking at me in disbelief.
I shook my head. "Only when she does something bad."
Ron nudged me and I chuckled, looking at the time before standing up abruptly.
"What's wrong?" Ron asked.
"I need to bring Sierra to Madam Pomfrey and make it to my first class in the dungeons." I said as I placed a kiss on his lips.
"What's your first class?" he asked me.
"Advanced potions, I really need to go." I said again before giving him yet another kiss.
I balanced Sierra on my hip and walked with her down the hallways to the hospital wing, a walk I knew all too well. I reached the hospital wing in minutes and walked in slowly.
"Hello?" I asked when I saw that no one was there yet, "Madam Pomfrey? It's me, Marilyn. I'm here to drop of Sierra."
When there was no answer I walked deeper into the hospital wing and placed Sierra on the floor while still holding her hand in mine and keeping her close to my body. I walked farther in.
"But when am I going to find her?" a voice asked.
"I don't know, Draco. We just need to wait and see, and hope she accepts you."Madam Pomfrey said.
"I'm sorry to interrupt," I said before picking Sierra back up into my arms and balancing her on my hip much like I had before, "But I need to drop off Sierra. I have class in the dungeons soon."
"Of course love," she began before gesturing for me to follow her, "Come right this way."
I followed Madam Pomfrey towards the back of the large room to see that two of the white beds were pushed to the side to make room for a nice playpen with some toy in it. I placed Sierra down in the playpen after planting a kiss on her forehead.
"I'll come in the afternoon to get her so she can eat lunch with Ron and I, then I'll bring her back."
Madam Pomfrey nodded her head and I followed her back towards the door.
"Who were you talking to earlier, was it Malfoy?" I asked her.
"Yes love, why?" she asked me, an eyebrow raised.
"It's just, he sounded very familiar."
Madam Pomfrey nodded her head and I walked out of the hospital wing, feeling an awkward tension between the two of us. I wrapped my arms around myself and slowly walked down to the dungeons when the same seductive scent from my vision during my transformation hit my nose and filled my senses. I followed to smell only to see that it lead outside to the Black Lake. There was no one around for miles and I sighed as I leaned one of the large trees.
"I should have known that I should end up with Ron anyway, I shouldn't look for him anymore." I mumbled to myself, biting down harshly on my lip.
"Bradford?" I heard from behind me, "It's you..."
