The day of our romantic weekend getaway had finally arrived. While the original plan was to leave on Saturday, I decided to move it up since Agastya and I were both free today. Now, I was on my way to the airport, with Bhai driving me to where our private jet awaited.
Before leaving, though, I had to sit through a long lecture from Dadu, Papa, and both my brothers. Mumma, on the other hand, simply told me to enjoy the trip and stay safe.
She also reminded me to make the most of my time with Agastya, take plenty of pictures, and fully enjoy the trip.
Soon, we arrived at the airport, and Bhai unloaded my luggage. As he turned to me, his expression suddenly turned serious. "Be careful and don’t wander off alone," he said firmly.
"And if Agastya does anything to hurt you, you call me immediately." I couldn’t help but smile at his concern, shaking my head while rolling my eyes at his overprotective nature and his casual way of threatening Agastya.
"Yes, Bhai, don’t worry. I’ll be fine and super careful," I assured him, gently smoothing the frown off his face, which earned me a smile. He pulled me into a hug and kissed the top of my head. Moments later, I boarded the plane.
The flight from Jodhpur to Jaipur was smooth and short, but my mind was racing with excitement the entire time. Agastya didn't know that I was coming to pick him up and I'm so excited about his reaction.
After the plane landed, I grabbed my bag and stepped out onto the tarmac, the warm Jaipur air brushing against my skin. Moving swiftly through the private terminal, I soon made my way outside.
There, near the entrance, stood Aadhya, waiting for me with a bright smile. She was here to pick me up, and her excitement mirrored mine.
We shared a quick hug and settled into the car and left for Chauhan Mansion. Well, Everyone knew I was coming to Jaipur, everyone except Agastya.
Soon, we arrived at the Chauhan Mansion, and I couldn’t hide the excitement bubbling inside me as I stepped through the grand entrance.
My first stop was to greet Vikram Dadu, who I hugged tightly, his warm smile making me feel right at home.
Next, I met Avantika Aunty, Yuvraaj uncle and aanya bhabhi. I shared a few pleasantries with them and also earned teasing smiles from them.
And then, Without wasting any more time, I made my way to the study room. I knew Agastya well enough to guess that if he had a day off, that’s exactly where I’d find him.
