Iris's POV
Our orientation week just had passed and today is Monday, regular classes, and now we are all required to wear our school uniform. My uniform is just perfect fit for me (A long checkered brown skirt, a caramell colored polo, a checkered btown necktie, black shoes whit white socks.) Our classes starts at 7 am, flag ceremonies starts at 7:10 am and I arrived at exactly 6:54 am. I brought my Black and Yellow Naruto backpack, my Black and Yellow Fairytale jacket. Naah, im not that in the anime but in the product and design.
Anyhoo, when i got in our room, I searched for my mr.Pedernal first, ofcourse!! I put my bag down at my assigned seat, then i looked around the room to search for him. I couldn't found him anywhere in here--
"Hey."
Somebody just bugged in my Hunt. I turned around and saw.. .. .. .. HIM
"Oh,hi." I smiled.
He is a shy type of guy, a mysterious one.
"Hi, Im Isidore" he started, still shy but a little smile in his face now.
"Hi,Im Iris." I said, smiling, too.
We just stood there at silence, people walking at the side of us. It is like a movie scene when the guy will confess to the girl how he feels. Oh my gosh! Butterflies,please be quiet and still, Oh my little foolish heart, please be gentle.
Our eyes are locked, i think, for a minute orso. His eyes are just so beautiful, i cant help myslef not staring at it all the time.
"Can we be friends?" He asked, breaking the silence surrounding us.
"Well,if you want to, sure! Why not!" I said.
Then we shaked hands. Then we stood there, silently, quietly. And we were like Eye to eye part of a scene in a movie.
"Hoy! Ano ginagawa nyo jan!" - Christine
"Huh? Ah..uh..uhmm.. Wa-wala. Wala. Gusto nya lang kasing makipagkaibigan. " - ako
"Um..nice meeting you! I need to go.bye!" - ako, ulit.
"Teka! Um.. pede mahingi number mo?" - sya.
Hingin ba daw number ko? Ewan ko kung ibibigay ko! As if he likes me.
"Ok, sure! We need some communication din nmn eh!" -ako.
There. I gave him my number. Christine dragged me away as fast as lightning! I dont know what this girl's problem is.
We ran in the school cafeteria and there she pushed me in a long bench. I am now sitting at it while she is staring at me like a wild, angry mother with her arms at her waist.
I was about to talk when she cut me off.
"Ano ba ang pumasok sa isip mo at binigay mo yung number mo agad-agad!" - Christine
"Eh ano naman! We are just friend Vergara! It is not like he have feelings for me anyway.." - Me.
I said that in my voice in 3-3-1 intonation pattern.
Who cares if i already gave my private number to a stra that i only met+ my crush. Haha!!
Now she stared..or what i mean is..GLARED at me then she held my chin up and checked me as if she is a doctor abd im her patient.
"Hmm.. so ikaw.." -Sya
"Anong ako?" - Ako (still holding my chin)
"May gusto ka ba kay Isid?" - Sya
"Haaa?!!"
Nyiiieeks! I screamed accidentally. Everyone in the cafeteria looked at us. Some of the students just looked at us irritatedly.
"This is all your fault!" - Tin
"Whut! Why is it now my fault?!!"
"Kasi may gusto ka kay Isid.."
Bulong nya..
"Tin!! Ano ba yang mga pinagsasasabi mo?!! Binigay ko lang naman yung number ko ah. In a friendly way yun kaya pumayag ako."
"Weeeeell... sana nga in a friendly way lang.."
Teka napaisip ata ako sa thought na yun, "Wut do you mean?"
"Kasi,tignan mo nga. Mukha pa lang naman ni Isid mukhang womanizer na eh..parang pag binigay mo yung number mo ng basta-basta..baka ligawan ka na lang sa text nun. Delikado."
Well, i think she's right though.. unang tingin..mukha nga..pero di ko pansin yun kasi nga..crush ko nga diba!! Pero napaisip ulit ako dun.. 'Baka ligawan ka lang sa text nun..' baka nga..

3:00 pm na at nasa bahay na ako at naglilinis ng lababo sa kusina nang may nag-text.
'Hello!' - yan ang sabi.
Sayang nga lang at wala akong panahon makapagload kaya naman ipinagpatuloy ko nalang ang paglilinis. Matapos kong linisin yung lababo, pumunta ako sa kama ko at nagpahinga.
Pahiga na sana ako nang biglang..
"Nak! Mamaya ka na muna magpahinga! May iuutos lang ako sayo! Pa-loadan mo ko ng regular 30 jan lang sa may kanto natin!" - si mommy yan..
Magiinarte pa sana ako ng 'Wait lang po! 5 minutes!' Kaso magpapa load ako.. loloadan ko si mommy..kaya naman naisipan ko rin na magpaload narin ng sarili.
Bago ako pumunta kay mommy para kunin ang panload na pera, kumuha narin ako ng saktong pangload ko.
Paglabas ko, nagpaload na agad ako, syempre kay mom muna tas ako. Pagkaload na pagkaload ko sa cp ko, ni-replyan ko na yung unknown number na nagtext kanina.
'Hello, sorry if it took so long before i replied. Can i ask, Who's this?' - yan ang sabi ko..englishera diba?! Hahahahah!!
At aba naman! Ang bilis magreply! 'Isiore poh!' -sya
'Aah..' - ako
Tas nagusap pa kami sa text ng matagal..hanggang sa napunta yung topic sa bf. Sya yung nanguna.
'May bf ka na ba?' - sya
'None, why did you ask all of a sudden?' - ako
'Pwede bang mag-apply?' - sya
'Anong ibig mong sabihing mag-apply?' - ako
Yan lang ang sinabi ko kahit alam ko na kung ano ang ibig sabihin ng sinabi nya. Is this what Tin told me earlier? Na baka manligaw 'to sakin sa text? Umaygas! Hilp mi!
Inpeyrnes! Natagalan ang mokong bago magreply!
'Kung pwede bang manligaw, that's what i mean' - sya
Naaaakkuuu!! Yan na nga ba sinasabi ko eh! Bakit ba kasi ang tanga-tanga ko! Iris! Ang tanga-tanga mo! Tanga mo! Tanga!! Bakit ko ba di naisip agad na baka mahantong ung usapan namin sa ganto nung una? Dahil ba may crush ako sa mokong na yun? Haaay ewan ko ba! Bahala na! Andito na eh! Nangyari na!
'I think i'll answer that question of yours in person.' - ako.
Yan lang ang tanging nasabi ko, natagalan pa nga eh! Haay, sana naman pumayag toh.
