I Can Not Believe I just Told Pepper I Was In Love With You!

Steve's POV

Its Monday. August 10, 2015.

I am walking down to go see Hawk eye but I once again find myself staring to the lab window of Tony's lab. I watch as he dances around with his wireless beats. He is literally flawless as he sways to the beat while working the bugs out of his 'Mark 50'. Tony is a really good dancer and he looks amazing no matter what he is doing. He has everything the sparkling smile, the smarts, and those beautiful milk  chocolate eyes you just want to stare in to all day long.

Wait what am i doing? i am not gay! Why do i keep thinking this way about Tony?

"Hey Steve" someone calls and taps me on the shoulder. I turn.

"Oh hey tony" I say as a rub the back of my neck.

"Are you ok cap? You look like someone just ripped your heart out of your chest!" He says with caring yet worried tone. He sets his hand on my shoulder. I feel the butterflies in stomach start going crazy.

"Its something like that, i guess. but its really nothing !" I say trying to get off the subject. but to no a veil.

"Oh no, don't you dare pull that everythings fine crap on me! you know better than that! come on your my only real friend, steve! I want to help. I want to you to be able to talk to me and for you to come to me with your problems." He literally screams this at me. Why did that hurt as much as it did? well he did say i was his only friend. Somethings wrong. I know for sure.

" Tony lets go to the park so we can walk around and talk!" I say giving him my famous trust me look. He nods and turns his face away he is smiling big and blushing.

"let me go change and get my jacket." He says as he goes running off in to his lab.

Five minutes later

I hadn't moved so Tony met me right there but he didn't have his jacket.

"where's your jacket?" I question. it is gonna be cold out tonight.

"i don't need it !" he states giggling a little.

"ok, you ready to go then?" I say moving out his way so he can walk in front.

"yup" He walks in front me.

We get into elevator and head for the lobby.

When we get to front door i open the door for him. He smiles and blushes.He walks out I follow him out.

Ten minutes later

We arrive at the park. we haven't talked at all. Here goes nothing.

"Would you like to talk now? Tony are cold your shivering? here take my jacket!" I hand him my jacket.

"Yeah thanks" He smiles slightly as he slips my jacket on.

"Ok Tony tell me what is wrong? I have never seen you with this look of like your trying to avoid something? come on Tony! You know you can trust me!" I say almost begging him to tell me. I give him the most genuine sense of compassion.

"Fine i guess i will have to finally come to terms with it. Can you promise me one thing?" he questions sitting down on a park bench. i join him sitting next ti him facing.

"For you, Anything" I say looking him in the eyes.

"Promise you won't freak out on me, and i mean it don't be like why would i do that and then when i tell you flip out!" He asks loudly but not yelling. Dang he is really worried i will freak out on him.

"Tony you know better to think that i would freak out over you telling whats wrong. Come on tony you know i care about you, Your my best friend Tony." I say putting my hand on his leg with out even noticing.

"God Damn it Steve! Why you got to do that?" He yells standing up looking away from me. What is he talking about. Wait does he know about me having a major crush on him?

"What am i doing? please explain to me ...what i am doing? I yell standing up meeting his gaze.

"Opening doors for me, letting borrow your jacket,putting your hand on my leg and making feel worth something like someone actually loves me. But the only problem with that is that i am a guy and Your not gay,Steve!" He yells an steps away a little. "i can not believe i just told pepper i was in love with you" He accidentally lets that part slip out. He starts walking away.

"Hold the phone!" I yell as realize what he said.

I run after him get in front of him and stop him.

"Wait what did you tell Pepper?" I say just wanting to scream i love you.

"Wait i said that out loud?" He starting blushing.

"Tony i need you to know that i do all those things because I...I love you!" I say calmly as a feel a blush up to my cheeks.

"Wait so your gay?" He asks me smiling

I don't even answer him. I roll my eyes, I lean in and kiss him. He kisses back looping arms around my neck. I loop my arms around waist and pull him closer. The kiss passionate and soft.

He pulls out of the kiss.

"Are you sure you want this?" He asks looking up into my eyes.

"Your asking me that after a kissed you?" I ask giggle a little.

"yeah" He blushes

"come here you dork" I pull him in for another kiss.
