It was a lazy Saturday afternoon, and you were curled up on the couch with Shinsuke Nakamura, your boyfriend, watching one of his favorite classic Japanese movies. The comfort of his arm draped over your shoulder and the soft hum of his voice as he translated some of the dialogue made you feel at ease despite the dull ache in your lower abdomen.

Your period had started the day before, and the cramps had been relentless. Shinsuke, ever attentive, had gone out of his way to stock up on your favorite snacks, heating pads, and even made you a special ginger tea to ease the pain.

As the movie played, you adjusted your position slightly, trying to get more comfortable, but that's when you felt it — a sudden warm sensation that sent a wave of panic through your body.

"Shin, I think I—" You froze mid-sentence, your heart racing. Carefully, you glanced down and saw the faintest hint of red on your light gray sweatpants. Your cheeks flushed with embarrassment, and you instinctively tried to cover it with your hands.

"What's wrong, Y/N?" Shinsuke asked, noticing your shift in mood. His dark eyes were filled with concern as he leaned closer.

You hesitated, biting your lip. "I, um... I think I bled through my pants," you whispered, barely audible.

Shinsuke blinked, processing your words, and then his face softened into a gentle smile. "Ah, that's all?" he said, his tone light and reassuring.

You looked up at him, your cheeks still burning. "It's embarrassing, Shin!"

He chuckled softly, leaning in to kiss your forehead. "It's natural. No need to feel shy about it." He stood up and held out his hand. "Come on, let's get you cleaned up."

You hesitated, still feeling self-conscious, but his encouraging smile melted your worries. Taking his hand, you let him lead you to the bathroom.

"I'll grab you some fresh clothes," he said, his voice calm and steady. "And don't worry about the couch — I'll clean that up too."

You nodded, grateful for his understanding. As he disappeared into the bedroom, you quickly cleaned up and changed into the clothes he'd brought — one of his oversized band shirts and a pair of soft, dark-colored joggers.

When you stepped out, you found Shinsuke waiting with a warm blanket in one hand and a plate of your favorite snacks in the other.

"Ready for round two of the movie?" he asked with a playful grin.

You laughed, feeling your earlier embarrassment fade away. "You're too good to me, Shin."

He draped the blanket over your shoulders and pulled you back onto the couch. "Always. Now relax and let me take care of you."

As the movie continued, you rested your head on his chest, feeling a sense of peace you hadn't expected. Shinsuke's easygoing nature and unwavering support reminded you just how lucky you were to have him.
