Episode 9: Onto The Elven empire! The City of Gold

-a few weeks after The start of training-
[march 2nd 1BCE]

The dragon knights met up in the council hall as RJ, Zero and Eric were waiting "you three are being tasked to head to our allied nation the Elven empire to assist in stopping a demon invasion it is your job to make sure the demons do not enter the city and take it over RJ will be assisting you" zero said as Josh Anna and sky nodded "we will make sure that city doesn't get taken over" Josh said and smirked softly.
"Good luck to you all" zero said and dismissed them.
"Are you sure their ready for it?" Eric asked while looking at RJ "yes the three weeks of training had been more then enough they are ready to fight in the war" RJ said and stood up.

-demon stronghold-
"Boy take a few commanders and an army your job is to take over the city of Gold the elven empire will fall then we shall take over the new republic" Lucifer said as Derrick nodded and bowed "I will father I won't let you down" Derrick said before leaving the room.
He walked out to the army and looked at the demon commanders Ari, Rozen and General Rork your with me" Derrick demanded as they all bowed to Derrick.

-gates of Elvendor-

As the squad reached Elvendor the city of gold Josh looked up seeing all the tall buildings made of gold "OOOHHHHH!!!! their actually made of gold?!?!" Josh shouted out exited "yup this city is one of the eldest cities in all of Evergarden not once has an enemy breached the walls of the golden city" RJ explained as guards meet with them "right this way the emperor has been waiting" the guards said as they escorted the dragon squad to the palace.

-The Palace-

"Sire they are here" the guards said as the emperor looked at them "thank you for coming, my soldiers got intel that this city is the next target of the demons, Elvendor is the last standing elven city we are that's left we need all the help we can get to defend my people"the emperor said "we are honored to assist you enperor where do you want us?" RJ asked "before we start can I get gold after the job is complete?" Josh asked RJ punches Josh on the top of his head "HOW DARE YOU ASK THAT!" RJ yelled.
"Yes you all will be payed in gold upon completion" the emperor said.
A guard ran in "the demon army is approaching!" The guard yelled "time to go" Josh said as he ran out of the palace "DAMN IT WAIT!" RJ yelled "sorry Sensei if he's out I must follow" Skyler said and followed Josh.
