❛❛ PAST REGRETS ❜❜ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
The Stilinski twin had come across the alpha and the den where malia called home. They were teenagers, kids and knew it wasn't in their power. Police clattered around, surrounding the area and trampling their scent.
"You're sure it was her?" the sheriff questioned.
"I looked her right in the eyes." Scott assured, confidence shown in his voice "And they glowed just like mine." "Dad" Sophia's voice caught his attention "it's true, it's her."
"But it wasn't a girl. It was a four-legged coyote, right?"
"W-well, okay." Stiles stuttered out, "But yeah, see, that's the point that we don't exactly have figured out yet."
Scott nodded, "Okay, but if it was a full moon and she did change while her mom was driving, then anything could've happened."
Stiles added, finishing his sentence as the pair often did "Horrible things could've happened. Ripping, shredding, tearing things."
"Which could have absolutely caused the accident" Sophia bundled into the thin jacket "Dad just think about it logically it's a full moon and malia begins to transform and it causes the crash. If i were her, just like she had done she'd blame herself and ensure no one can find her and if you stay in a form long enough you can forget how to change back especially for a newly turned supernatural."
It was true, tales had been told throughout the supernatural of animals that remained in their form due to the forgotten sense.
"That makes sense. " Stiles and Sophia released a sigh of relief "In a Chinese folktale. Kids, this is – this is insane." Noah's head shook "I need this kept quiet. The three of you, not a word. I don't want anyone hearing about this. I especially don't want Mr. Tate hearing about this."
Sophia shifted her eyes, the petrified look across his face "Scott" her voice remained weak "Scott!"
His vision shifted towards them, an apologetic look splashed across his face "sorry" he muttered "What did you say?"
