what the fuck just happened?..

Johnnie was having a really big problem. He was sitting on a couch watching a movie with his three bestfriends, and one of them happened to be his crush. Johnnie had been really busy lately, since he got a girlfriend and has been spending time with her alot, so he hadn't had the time to be with his friends that much.

He haven't even been filming with them in a while, and they all-jake,tara and carrington- missed spending time with their friend. So, even though it's not anything that special, they had planned a movie night for them four that johnnie was not allowed to skip. And the problem was, johnnie was sitting squeesed between jake and carrington, so he had barely any space to move. And the fact that he was almost sitting on top of jake, wasn't helping johnnie trying to ignore his crush on the taller one.

Johnnie had liked jake for probably from the first time they met. The dark brown shaggy mullet, brown eyes and bubbly but introverted personality had caught his interest the second he laid eyes on him. At that time, johnnie already knew he was bi but he wasn't ready to admit it to anyone, and still isn't. He knew nobody would think of him any differently, since they all are super supportive and all, but he wouldn't want to risk someone realising his crush on jake. Since probably the only reason nobody thought he liked jake seriosly, was because he had made it very clear that he's straight.

Johnnie had thought that when he started dating his girlfriend, grace, that his feelings would fade. And boy was he wrong. Johnnie really liked grace, when they first met, he kinda saw jake in her. Yeah it may sound weird, since they're not alike at all, but her bubbly and happy personality kinda reminded him of jake. That could be one of the reasons he liked her, he didn't know.

Even though johnnie liked grace, he didn't like her that way. Like, you know, romantically. He liked her as a friend, and at first he thougt he liked her the other way, but as the time passed, he realised that he only saw her platocanolly. Even when he realised that, he didn't have the heart to break up with her. Cause one: he couldn't do that to her, since he saw how she looked at him (which made johnnie feel bad everytime, since he was doing her so wrong) and two: he thought that if he was with grace long enough, he would forget that he even ever liked jake.

It was wrong to use her like that, but he was so desparate to forget jake that he would do anything. Since he knew he would never have a chance with jake, the guy was clearly straight. Yes, people thought he was gay (and you couldn't really blame them) but if you live with him, you realise that he is as straight as a ruler. So, since having a girlfriend didn't help, he decided to just avoid jake as much as he could. And thats the reason he spend so much time with grace, to avoid facing the feelings for the tall, mullet haired man.

It was hard for johnnie to even spend time with him nowdays, he always got so nervous around jake that he blushed and avoided talking to him so he wouldn't stutter or embarass himself. So obviously it was easier to just not talk to him. And at the process he succeed to accidentally to avoid carrington, tara and his other friends too, since they always hung out with jake.

And that lead him to this situation, trying to not even glance at jake while trying to watch the movie. Why were they so close to eachother anyway? They had plenty of space on the couch. Still, all three of them were squeesed together on the other end of the couch, while tara was having the other end all to herself. She seemed to be intrested in the movie and watched it not even blinking probably, even though the movie was 'mean girls' , which tara insisted on watching even though she has watched it more than you could even count.

It was hard for johnnie to focus on the movie being so close to jake, and he had also seen the movie like hundred times so it was really boring already. Basically, all he wanted was to leave the three and dissapear to his room for the rest of the evening. That wasn't possible though, since they had made sure johnnie would be free all night, and it was suffocating him.
